Domino's Pizza Hoddle St

We placed a big order (13 pizzas I think) and Vineeth had it all ready to go when we arrived, he also helped carry it to our car

Once a family or youth staple for a cheap meal, Dominoes has now become far reachingly overpriced for its poor quality food as compared to other independently run pizzariars which you can get a far better quality meal for the same price if not cheaper. It's a shame really, as it will only go downhill from here, with no chance to recover due to rising costs and customers choosing to go elsewhere. I mean we are in Melbourne after all, where there is literally 15 other and very good pizza options in the nearby vicinity

Absolutely pathetic. Ordered 2 Margaritas and received 2 Hawaiians. When I called to advise they wouldn't rectify until I sent a picture of the margaritas. When I did, was told the pictures were not sent despite them receiving the text. Sent the pictures again and never heard back. All got too hard. Pizzas were disgusting, inedible. Don't know why I even ordered in the first place, got sucked in by flyer in the post. Don't bother, massive disappointment on all levels.

We ordered from here to an estimated time of 40-50 after the order which is fine, it's been like 20 min since they should have arrived, GPS shows the driver in another suburb and store is not even answering the phone, most likely I wouldn't ordered from here.

Ordered over 9 pizzas for a work function received on time and tasty and received great communication from the store about time to pick up 10/10

It can be pretty inconsistent here. The pizzas usually taste okay, and when they cook the garlic scrolls properly, they’re really delicious. The problem is when they manage to burn them, and the cheesy garlic bread. Please check before you leave the store if you are picking up.

Due to the busy work at the end of the year, I just ordered the simplest pizza at noon today. I ended up with a hot and fresh pizza with super rich toppings. Thank you, Domino's and your friendly staffs.

The workers are absolutely unhygienic, the floor full of rubbish

The place is not clean. When I entered the door, the three staff were talking and not paying attention on to customers entering the door. The person who severed- Shobhit G spoke too fast and too loud for me to understand what he was saving. There was nothing POLITE about his manner and attitude to the customer. The service is in the gutter. What is management doing to improve the level of service? I will never return to this Domino's shop.

Their food quality is so bad. They give spoiled veges twice in a row and claimed those are fresh made.

Ignored in store. Gave them 3 tries and get a burnt pizza every-time. Will no be coming back. Would recommend going to another dominos that more consistent and will attend you when u enter the store.

Worst Dominos around. Not helped by that loser Syed working there (manager apparently) who lied and said his name was michael. Waited two hours for pizza, came cold and burnt. Called multiple times and he was just a rude little s#it. Pizza was so badly made, garlic bread burnt and not cut - looked completely intentional (probably because I complained) ended up calling and having him remake, lucky while waiting for the original pizzas to come I was already on the phone to pizza hut. They delivered within 30 mins, pizza was lovely. Replacement dominos pizza came, threw it in the bin (Syed being a gross little piece of s#it, I assumed he probably messed with my pizza anyway), got my refund through uber. Was glad to waste a little of that w-anchors time since he wasted mine.

We called the store to check up on our order that we've been waiting for for over an hour only to be greeted with the most disgusting attitude I've ever experienced as a customer. The manager there pretty much yelled at us over the phone stating we never ordered - Get it together Dominos

They don’t deserve 1 star. Warning Domino’s app doesn’t work properly it’s made to confuse people and trick customers into ordering again.
Then when you call to complain the manager won’t take responsibility for anything.
If your desperate for pizza either go without or go to the small family pizza shops.
Customer service is pathetic.

Been there in Fitzroy for years shows you they must be doing something right. I actually don't mind their pizzas and extras they are ok.
