I still have NOT received the order after 2hrs + 40minutes! And they don’t answer their phones either…

Complete waste ordered a pizza waited for two hours didn't turn up. Uesless establishment DO NOT USE

Absolutely ridiculous. I have never seen a business fall so far from grace like this Carnegie Dominos shop. Waited an hour and a half on menu log for a delivery for a MINI pizza. It never arrived even after it said it was delivered. I drove to the actual shop only 20 minutes before they closed to confront them about this situation after calling them over 15 times and no answer. The staff hadn’t even made my order, however there was another group of people with the same situation - had to uber to the store because their delivery was never delivered. Mind you, when we arrived there was more than 20 pizza orders that were supposed to be sent out as uber eats/ menu log and the phone was consistently ringing but not once answered. Goes to show the lack of effort and respect this specific shop has for its customers, ripping them off completely. Not to mention, store completely disorganised, messy and putrid. If it wasn’t for me coming in physically to the store at 12.30am, demanding for my order, I would have lost the full payment. Menu log chat was completely dishonest and unhelpful for my queries. So so so disappointed with this experience, DO NOT recommended for others. Appalling.

They are not equipped to make pizza in under 2 hours. Avoid at all costs, go to a small local business instead.

This is an absolute disaster! I just wasted 2 HOURS of my life waiting for the worst excuse for pizza I've ever encountered. I'm fuming at the abysmal quality and service. How in the world is this place still in business? I'm absolutely disgusted and enraged by this experience. The head office better take immediate action because this is unacceptable, and I want a full refund for the misery I just endured.

Honestly the worst experience.placed my order through uber eats (only ordered pancakes btw, didnt even order a pizza) then an hour later, I called to follow up and ask how much longer it would be.the lady picked up the phone in such a rude tone, and told me that they haven't received my order. I gave them all my order details and told them I've been waiting for an hour then they said it would be another 10-15 mins. I called back 30 mins later to cancel my order but i called 6 times and no one picked up.when someone finally picked up, I told them to please cancel my order. They asked me to wait another 20 mins and I told them I have already waited 1.5 hours and I just want to cancel it then they kept saying they cannot find my order. I said I'll wait until they find it and stayed on the phone. After 10 mins, they finally cancelled it. If it's busy, I'd understand and I don't mind waiting but the customer service was just so horrible and they just kept telling me 'just another 10 mins' then telling me 'just another 20 mins' when I call back 30 mins later.

Don’t trust the Uber Eats estimated time. After waiting for more than one hour I still haven’t received the pizza and they just say we are busy in the phone. I ordered because it says 10 mins. Don’t trust this. The deliveries are not done by Uber eats but their own staff and the app doesn’t even trace the order. Had to cancel the order 1.5 hours later after they were totally incompetent. You wouldn’t believe a company can just do this these days. Just order from any other restaurant your are gonna save a lot of headache

Never order from these dirty people, they won’t answer phones, they will be 3 hours late minimum and the pizza will be stone cold

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Ordered my food at 9: 30pm, and wasn’t delivered until 11: 00pm. Once delivered I checked the crust and it was nothing but soggy, then was told the excuse “sorry bro it’s so busy”. Chose to give the pizza back.

Ordered three pizzas at 7: 00, two pizzas arrived so we tried to amend the order and have our third pizza delivered. Constantly tried calling the restaurant to either be put on hold or just have the phone not been answered, if the phone was answered the team would simply lie and state that the order was out for delivery. Tried calling to get a full refund but they kept rejecting the call. Finally the missing pizza was delivered at 10: 30 stone cold. This is by far the worst experience we’ve ever had with dominos the team seems absolutely clueless or simply does not care. Avoid at all costs and just go to the Malvern branch, I would rate 0 out of 5 if I could, sort yourselves out seriously.

Customer service is very poor, staff is not trained at all and they never answer the calls or just hang up and say that the order is out for delivery even after placing an order an hour ago

Order never arrived, pizza status “is being delivered” for over an hour (5 min drive). Staff do not answer phone.

I have ordered pizza and two garlic breads 20 minutes before,
When I went for pickup they said just wait bro
And one customer waiting for his order for one hour so they given one pizza to him and said it's extra pizza but it was my pizza
So when I asked for order he just said wait for 3 minutes even pizza can take 10 minutes to be ready
They given my pizza to someone else in front of my eyes

Ordered, prepaid and confirmed 35 pizzas.ready for 7pm collection. 31 done.last 4 bumped and had to wait. No impressed! I pre ordered for a reason

I ordered at 7: 47 it was meant to arrive 8: 35-8: 41- 35 minutes later it said delivered and nothing, I called the store 10 times no answer, finally got onto the guy told him he put me on hold for 7 minutes and hung up, my pizza ended up arriving at 9: 37 cold burnt and with no toppings/ the driver had nothing to say - disgrace

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I ordered a pizza at 6: 30pm through DoorDash and heard nothing for an hour. At 7: 30pm I phoned the store 5 times with no answer. I cancelled the order on DoorDash at 8pm as it had been 1: 30 hours without any update or progress. This franchise is a complete waste of of time and money, please avoid at all costs. They will take your money and not fulfil the order.

Customer service does not exist. Rude staff. Delivery dont even get me started. Last time I ever even attempt to get something from this store.
