Domino's Pizza Burwood (VIC)

I am a regular customer and I must say, I am consistently impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by the entire staff, including Lasan, Tharusha, Uvendu, and Vismay. Every visit has been a delightful experience, and I have nothing but high praise for their attentive and friendly service. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to others and look forward to visiting again soon!

Lasan, one of the team members/Manager provided me excellent customer service. Made sure my pizza stayed hot while I ordered something else.

I have ordered from other Domino's locations and this is the best by far in terms of delivery time and pizza quality.

Ordered through Uber eats for a crew on a construction site as a Saturday lunch. Dominos used their own delivery driver. I requested a call upon arrival. Received no call, and a notification to say food had been delivered, but I definitely didn’t receive my food.

Extremely disappointing. Will not order from this store again.

Don't wan to recommend this place. First of all, the staff need to learn some basic customer management skills. Walking into here feels like trespassing into somebody's land. Staff is way so unfriendly (not even a greeting). Secondly, I don't see the pizzas get there proper topping either. Product is quite inconsistent too.

I like it because the pizzas are cheap but good quality. If I was starving and poor I would eat a $5 pizza every day to stay alive.

The store manager lacks basic communication and customer service skills. Inconsistent store policies mixed in with terrible service has led to one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. Stay far far away from this Domino's.

Hour late on delivery, no contact or notice, and when it finally arrives missing parts of the order and wrong sauce on pizza. Fail, fail, fail. Terrible Dominos store

This is a vegetarian store, all orders will automatically remove the meat from your order for your convenience

Always get great pizza from here and always order delivery from dominos as they’re delivery drivers are much more efficient and a lot quicker than Uber eats drivers

Domino's Pizza isn't high quality, and this place isn't an exception. Five stars because it's basically what you'd expect from a Domino's location. Employees work hard. Service is quick.

~ Update 25 November 2021:
Pizzas have improved dramatically via delivery.

Due to lockdown in Melbourne I cannot say if there has been any improvement with cleanliness of the establishment as I have opted for contactless delivery, however the quality of the pizzas has improved dramatically.
Baring in mind that I choose " build your own pizza " the price is around $25 plus certain surcharges depending on the order which can bump the price up to $35 for the pizza and depending on the day there may be additional surcharges which may make the pizza up to approximately $40. Pizza is often delivered in 20 - 25 minutes.

I asked them not to put sauce on topping, still they put it. Rude Behaviour over phone. Don't order from here

Ordered 2 Extra Large pizzas & requested extra topping (which is extra).

Got home, no extra topping, the pizza toppings were only 3/4 on the pizzas. 1/4 was just overcooked base. Pizzas weren't hot. Didn't finish eating them. Thrown out next day.

Spent $37.50 - would not go back. Rang & spoke to Manager. He didn't show any concern.

Check your pizzas before you leave shop, or when delivered.

Just moved to area. Will not go back!
