Domino's Pizza Box Hill

I received a message offering a 50% discount for online orders at Tuscanys, but when I placed my order, they charged me the full price. When I inquired about this, they mentioned that they don't accept vouchers for delivery. However, there was no such information on their website, app, or in the text message I received.

Dominos Box Hill has exceeded my expectations every time I've ordered with them. Pizzas are always made perfectly, the deals are always amazing and the team is super sweet and helpful. Also, a big thanks to Ambrose (I think that was his name, apologies if I got it wrong) who has always provided top-tier customer service. Would definitely recommend:)

Ordered cheesy burst but man I have never seen a bad pizza like this ever in my life, just don’t order

Obsessed with the cheese & garlic scrolls, they were so so good, highly recommend!
The churros were okay but wasn’t as airy as preferred, had more of a chew to it, but love that the choc dip was sitting on top of the churros in the box so that it’d be warm as well!
Garlic prawn pizza was nice and creamy but could’ve done with a little salt or more seasoning.
Fries were unfortunately quite a disappointment, many burnt, all a bit hard rather than crunchy, just not very pleasant.
Overall though was satisfied with the meal. Still thinking about the cheese & garlic scrolls hahhah.

Went there for 2 pizzas with my girlfriend expecting the same old *trash pizza* dominos used to be.
But to my surprise the managements changed and the pizzas were no longer the
*Trash pizzas I've known them for back in 2016*

They're actually pretty good now, and the value is still insane and unbeatable for pick ups.

Tried the new vegan meat pizza.
Very attentive and accommodating staff using dedicated utensils for veg pizzas.

Horrible customer service. Bad behaved people working in customer service. They didn’t deliver the food, called 2 times after 2 hours of ordering food, they misbehaved. Will never order again.

Not a pleasant experience ordered pizza and said 30 minutes after 1 hour 30 minutes called again and asked a other 30 minutes very disappointed

Honestly my pizza was fine but I "dined in" and l have to say the place was less than clean - in fact it was pretty disgusting all round.
Combined with the general run down look of the place, the benches were covered in dust and crumbs while there were old bits pizza topping, leaves, strands of hair scattered around on the floor and even the bottom of the window frames were coated in water stains, crumbs, bits of old food and general filth.
In my opinion this establishment hasn't had a decent clean in a while and I hope I don't end up with food poisoning after eating there.

I ordered on Door dash and it showed confirming my order for over an hour. Because it is delivered by store I can get no help from Doordash yet. They completed my order without the food coming. Just a cash grab because if you check the Domino's website they are not on my list of stores to order from which tells me you're not open. But still happy to take the order and complete it without delivering. I have tried to call the store 4 times and it goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full so I'm assuming alot of customers like me. I want my money back.

I was served by a lovely young boy today. His name was gareth and he made the best pizza ive ever had. Give that man a raise.

We got disappointment from last 2 times

It's just waste of money.
Have ordered few days back and dosen't worth at all after so much waiting.

Even though we thought might be due to busier than usual that could be happened.

But again got disappointment.

Pretty shocking service. Waited almost 35 minutes in the store for a drink and a mini margarita pizza.

Had a pleasant experience with ordering a Garlic Prawn pizza through UberEats (6PM). Very quick delivery. Standard-crust pizza was light-weight, cheesy and fresh. Flavours are decent, not too strong yet not too plain. The Chocolate Malt Shake in combination with the whipped cream has more of a caramel flavour. Overall superb for a quick bite.

Judging from other reviews, the place seems to be a hit or miss, however.

The pizza I ordered was too spicy which was not explained on the online menu. When I rang up to give you feedback you hang up on me without saying anything. I have cerebral palsy and it can be hard to understand me but it is disrespectful to just hang up on me. Terrible customer service! There is no way that I will get take away from this place ever again.

Ordered food and drinks. Got charged for pepsi max, but they delivered normal pepsi. My partner is on the edge of diabetes. I called them 3 times, emailed, left a message for the manager, and nothing was done! All I wanted was for them to swap it for the right ones. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Won’t be buying from them again.

Terrible service and the worst dominos I've ever been to - and that's saying something.

Made an online order for 7: 21 pick up. Arrived at 7: 25 and waited at the service desk for few mins, not a single person served or acknowledged my presence even. Finally I asked if I could get some service. One guy came and checked with me and then all of a sudden left the store.leaving me without an attendant again. Finally I asked again the ETA on my order and this guy who appeared to be the manager became impatient and said it was coming. Yes HE had the audacity to be impatient and annoyed by ME. At this point I felt like I had to say something and said my order said 7: 21 pick up and it's now 7: 30 and I don't even see anyone working on my pizzas. Finally another woman came and started working on the pizzas, albeit at a snail's pace. After a few more mins the manager finally understood how long it was taking and took over that worker who was the slowest I've ever seen and started cutting them up fast.

Look, I understand why you want to go to dominos. But let me tell you there are a ton of better options. You may ask me well why did you go there then and to that I answer I like to spread out my business to different businesses. I have been to most of the pizza places from Mont Albert to Nunawading, if you ever need good recommendations for better pizza places than this dominos then feel free to message me any time. Hell if you are in the Box Hill area, merely going to Crust Pizza which is about 100m away is a much better option. Way cleaner too.

Just like any other domino's pizza franchise. Great price with okay pizza. Can't fault this place.

I ordered Indi Chicken Tikka Pizza, it was alright but there were very few Chicken toppings on that, almost none.
It’s really disappointing.

Understand there's lockdown and curfew but what empowers a pizza maker to ask for a work permit and refuse service when the 2 cops who walked past me outside didn't blink an eye? Ps. I was in full uniform and just finished a shift as an authorised worker. All I wanted was dinner on my way home
