Domino's Pizza Berwick On Clyde Rd

Domino’s Berwick is managed terribly, strongly suggest to kick out the manager, would give zero for the food quality & cleanliness
Domino is great brand, due to franchise goes to wrong person leads to disaster

We bought this pizza for $18 to have all the toppings on it and this is what they gave us a quarter put spinach and chicken on a peri peri pizza. Shame on Domino’s!

The manger was swearing at me tell me to get out all because we asked to slightly modify the pizza deal, but lost his cool and got really mad last time I come to this one

Garbage. Berwick dominos is a dump. Literally everything about this place is horrifying. What you get from here is not really recognisable as pizza! They shouldn’t be allowed to have a food licence. It’s a franchise! … It’s really NOT that hard to serve something remotely resembling pizza! But they manage to serve you something that looks like they picked it up off the floor, threw it into the trash and then they box it up and ask you to pay for it.

How in the world is this place still open!? I know I know it’s dominos, but the Berwick / Clyde Rd store is nasty! The pizza here is DISGUSTING!
What could be so bad right? Literally EVERYTHING!
Not to mention if you wanted to order in store, you’d probably walk straight out because the facility is FILTHY!
Again I know it’s dominos but there ARE edible stores! Read the other reviews… you have been warned. Just go absolutely anywhere else other than this cesspool.

I m very disappointed with the service. Waited half an hour extra. Why you guys accept orders if you can’t make on time? I will never recommend to uber eats from this store. Disgusting service.

We order three pizza, chicken tikka, margaritas and veg pizza for dinner. 3 hours later puked it out and got food poisoning symptoms.

Store is getting overwhelmed with orders. There were probably 6-8 staff I counted, but tens of customers waiting during my last order. Order wait times over 2 hours, the store had to stop taking orders. I was given a wrong pizza (got a bacon pizza instead of veg). Unfortunately I trusted them since the order stuck on the box said veg, so I didn't check the pizza while in store. Went home and got a shock. Had to drive back to store. They said they will give me a new one. No apology, no compensation. Their toppings quantity is reducing to a level it seems a scam to call it a pizza. Attached a photo of a pepperoni pizza with barely any topping.

ABSOLUTELY FAB! I love a good ol slice of 'za after a long day with the kiddywinks, and you know how Dazza gets after work. I like to sneak out to get a little zaza after everyone gone nighty. I got the Capriciosa and WOW that was something, it brought out the spicy latina hidden in me. I gotta say being an italian women like myself, I'm FLOORED by the quality of the 'za. Dazza my hubs is more of a Pizza Hut man (I don't know why we haven't divorced yet). The girl on the phone was so polite and friendly, 10/10 service. I will be returning soon so be prepared for a hell of an order ROFL.

They do what they are supposed to do and pizza tastes as how dominos pizza should taste. Nothing more nothing less.

Ordered some food on Door Dash today at around 1: 30pm. Waited an hour a 10 mins for a delivery that was stated to take 20-30 mins. After over an hour I call and ask what is going on, and told delivery driver had dropped it off, which it had not been. By around 3pm I have called 2 more times, 3rd time agreeing to come pick up my order from the store. Now remember this order was made at around 1: 30pm, I have left the house and came back multipul times today to nothing delivered until around 8-9pm the order I asked to be delivered that I was told "was delivered" had randomly appeared on my door step. Not gonna lie, that was a very strange thing to come out to, and naturally just threw the food in the bin as who knows where the food has been since 1: 30pm this afternoon.
Very strange experience and won't be ordering from doordash for dominoes again.
I'd suggest reframing from randomly rocking up at someones house hours after the order and just leaving the food there.

Ordered online. Food was shown to ready on app but not delivered for another 40mins so it was pretty much cold when it came. And from the 3 pizzas we ordered they gave one completely wrong. We ordered a Godfather and were given what looked like a supreme FULL of pineapple. Just not good enough

Rude staff very unprofessional dont know prices ordered $8 & $4.75 pizzas they try to charge me $34

Food average at best, didn't really appreciate trying to order my food to the employee wearing ear pods. Store is not clean.

Plenty great pizzas, fast delivery and excellent service. But I personally hate pickles and if the new burger joint pizza can't be made without them as requested, that's one pizza I'll never buy again.

Was invited for pizza dinner the householder spent $25 for a large pizza.
People please don’t use these people. 1 star is 10 stars too much. Tash the order taker doesn’t have a clue. Buyer beware spend your hard earned money on local shops. Disgusting product, disappointing service. Rip off big time

I should not even give 1 star but you guys are really bad wen it comes to delivery. Don’t take orders if you could not deliver. Very bad on you Dominos…

I called on a Thursday around 10pm to grab a quick $5 pepperoni pizza on my way back from Eden rise Coles. I rang up and no body answered. I tried that a couple times and when they did answer they didn't say anything and just put the fone down (I assumed to come back to me after processing a customer's order I could hear) the fones in that place we're going off tap continuously ringing with no one answering them. I could hear it was pretty busy with chit chat in the background and I was waiting a good 8 minutes with no response to only then get hung up on lol. I never even spoke to anyone. By then I was sitting in my car at Coles ready to drive to get this pizza for pickup and I was starvingly annoyed. I then placed my $5 order online paid online as well. That seemed to do the trick and I rocked up and it was ready.
I think when your short staffed, phones are ringing continuously and randoms walking in and only a pizza maker and 1 other I'd make customers go do it all online too. Much easier. 2 girls who who were working were really nice and my pep pizza was sooo gooood:)
