Domino's Pizza Bentleigh (VIC)

Pizzas here are consistently amazing. Always cooked on time and the quality and freshness is always spot on.

I have been to this Dominos a few times now and it's always good. The pizzas are prepared well and the cooking time is very quick.

I love the pizzas and different combos and all, though I must say that the service unfortunately lacks. But it isn’t the staff’s fault at all, it’s more of a labour problem. It gets extremely busy at night and you could wait up to 45 minutes to get your pizza.
Though in other experiences getting pizza with them it’s been very nice!

Thin 'n' crispy vegetarian is the one for me! Also a side of chips as no meal complete without potato. Garlic bread OK. Like the way can get get gluten free bases also choose different base options. 8.6.23 had thin n crispy vegetarian pizza, chips and chicken wings with BBQ sauce for husband. Arrived in about 30 mins, (thankfully as starving!).

Absolutely incompetent. Ordered 3 large pizzas at 6: 30pm on Friday night. Two hours later no pizzas in sight. I called three times. The first time I was told 'sorry we're very busy please wait a while longer', then I called back after the pizzas were over 30 minutes late. I was put on hold. And then they hung up on me. I called again. Again - they put me on hold. And hung up on me. After 2 hours these soggy luke warm pizzas finally arrived. One of which was not what I ordered. Domino's you really need to sort this out. Its eembarrassing.

Very satisfying and strongly recommended to all. Bloke behind the counter Wang was polite and professional, 5 stars to him. Store, and the front counter were clean, and presentable. Ordered few Spicy pepper paneers and vegorama pizzas for mates at work. Everybody enjoyed the flavours and appreciated the quality and presentation of the pizzas. Will definitely come again.

Ordered godfather, supreme and Hawaiian with 2x pepperoni. What we received was 3 cold pizzas, a sweet, cheese heavy flovourless, no spice (godfather), cheese pizza with 3 olives, 5 pieces of ham, 2 pieces of capsicum and not much else (supreme) and a cheese pizza with 5 pieces of pineapple, 1/4 handful of ham and 5 pieces of pepperoni.

We called the restaurant to try to resolve the issues with our order and were offered 1 free pizza on our next order. Really?

Not good enough Domino's Bentleigh, do better! You charged additional for ingredients that were not added to our pizzas, missed order notes and didn't even provide what would be bare minimum if ordered straight from your menu. If you can't do this, you should not be trading.

***UPDATE: Store manager offered to pick up all 3 pizzas and refund us for only 1. Is he joking? I'd rather throw out all 3.

0Paid extra for x2 extra pepperoni and to only discover 5 pieces of salami. Called the store, what a joke! Offered to pick up the pizzas. Picked the pizzas up with no resolution. Pizza was cold. Stay away from this store

There’s a reason why I don’t order dominos and never will again. I placed an order with extras which seems it was too difficult to comprehend, how can you put 3 pineapple pieces on a Hawaiian? Further I got a couple of pepperoni pieces on my double pepperoni pizza. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM.

Staff took time to work out the best deal. Great service - Ordered 12 pizzas for a birthday party. Delivery on time and pizzas delicious. Well done everyone - thank you!

I ordered a large BBQ meat lovers. When it arrived I was shocked at how tiny this pizza was, in a tiny box. It was literally half the size I expected for a $20 pizza. No wonder none of my friends use Dominos any more.

Pizza was good but my instructions weren’t followed when i specifically asked for Alex Ivanov to deliver my pizza.very disappointed. 10/10 will not pizza again

I came into Domino’s today for a takeaway pizza.
The customer service was brilliant, the manager Alex helped me choose a pizza as my previous favourite has been removed from the menu.
I had a few amendments to the toppings and all of them were fulfilled.
I highly recommend coming to this dominos, great staff, great pizza and great prices!

We’ve been regulars here for the last 6-7 years and it used to be consistent. Recently it’s been very random - often they would deliver 20+ mins before you had scheduled it. Tonight it was 20+ mins late - I rang to work out what was going on - and complained why it was so late when I had ordered 90+ mins before (we often order when we get home and we know we’re going to have pizza). However - I was told by some nobody staff member that I had only just ordered - and was basically told I was a liar. That was the point I gave up on this company. What is this country turning into when honest customers are being told they are liars - when it’s their company that is late delivering. I was annoyed when I rang (because it was late) … but I was actually offended when I was told I wasn’t telling the truth. Also when the pizzas did arrive they were almost completely cold. They lost us FOREVER.

Dealt with Alex, gentlemen and delivered quality food. Even chucked in a free pizza for being late

You buy food from this outlet, you have to wait for ten odd minutes, you need to use their washroom if there is an emergency while waiting for the food, you are told “ the boss said no”…you try to convince them it can be a medical emergency and the staff says they can be fired if they allow the use of the washroom …. I really don’t know what kind of an inhumane management runs that store and dominos should really look into the same before giving the franchise to the managements like such…. I will never go back to this domino’s store again.

I ordered a pizza that never arrived and the money came out of my account. 20mins later the store was closed so couldn’t get a refund

We love your Spicy peppi paneer and Spicy veg supreme pizzas. Garlic bread can be toasted better.

If you're around the area must try the customer service of Alex: the happy guy. I've been to many dominos but honestly, I found it the best

Was at the store today and overheard one of the managers screaming at a young employee, this made me very uncomfortable aswell as all the other customers. If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would! Do NOT go to this store, the things I heard today were absolutely horrible, I wouldn’t even want my worst enemy to work there.
