Domino's Pizza Beaconsfield

Rude staff that didn’t acknowledge us at all so we made our order online while in store. Took 30+ mins because people kept complaining about the wait and putting them in front of our order. Chicken bites and chips were cold and burnt. Pizzas ALL incorrect and cold. While waiting, staff would put phone on hold and never pick it up all while standing around not knowing what to do. 2 people brought pizzas back while we waited. THE WORST.

Declan is superb at pizzas. He is a gem of person.

I always eat in store. Fresh cooked and hot served. Everyone must try in store.

I ordered for veg pasta, veg thin crust pizza and a mini margarita in the store for dine in, they gave me different orders with meat in all 3 orders I was shock how careless they are not even thin crust pizza, asked immediately and returned as we are in the store itself they said I will get my refund to my account but still I didn't.

We ordered a vegetarian pizza which came with meat! I called up the store, and I got the worst response ever. Firstly, “Tom” asked if I was sure it had meat? After confirming again that it actually HAD meat, the person said he’ll send another pizza. I asked how long it’ll take because my kids are hungry, “Tom” responds- “ I can’t help it if your kids are hungry”!
Well done Domino’s for your “first class” customer service. First you send through a meat pizza to a vegetarian family and then are extremely rude! You probably need to train your staff on what good customer service is!
Extremely disappointed!

Ordered and had a garlic prawn pizza delivered last night only to find a large curly black hair embedded in the cheese.

We called Dominos and they apologised and sent a new pizza + two sides free of charge. The young male worker who answered the phone originally seemed unsure what to do but resolved to fix our order and was apologetic.

Food was alright in the end, though I encourage Dominos to invest in hair nets. I don’t imagine this is a one-off occurrence. Please check your pizzas before sending them out.

Pre ordered pizza's, they had over 4 hours to make and deliver, watched the pizza on there system being made, sat there for an hour, then the delivery took 40 minutes, a 3 kilometres drive, thrown in the boot of the car, no hot bag to be seen, good was not even warm, stone cold, shame Domino's, you advertise how good you are, really, never again, a waste of $40.

Very slow delivery times and a completely unsatisfactory dine-in experience. Always understaffed and out of things you want to order.

Delivery is an hour late and on another day I ordered online for a pick up and when I got there the shop was closed. I did get my refund via paypal though. Poor service

Consistently disappointing!

We placed an order online, which after waiting over an hour never arrived. Called the store phone numerous times, eventually got through and got told by the guy that they are about to start making it, an hour and a half after placing the order.

Last 2 times this happened, the excuse was we are short staffed, I understand staffing shortage is an issue most businesses are dealing with - however, either be upfront about delivery times or don’t accept orders and money if you can’t deliver within reasonable time.

To make matters worse they can’t refund my money for 5 to 7 business days.

Won’t be ordering pizza from Dominos Beaconsfield ever again.

Waited well over an hour for the delivery, the food said it had been delivered and i never got the pizza

50mins delay with the delivery.
Rang the shop when it was already 30mins late but the lady did nothing, only explaining it was hot deal.
I placed an order around 14: 00 for a delivery at 19: 15.
The had 3hrs to prepare my order!
I understand sometimes it can be delayed but 50mins cannot be understood.

Fast service and easy to pick up. Very tasty and crispy Pizza. A lots of options and good deals!

Amazing! Im not a fan of pizza but ordering the large crust rather than regular makes it just that much better! Communication was clear and Beaconsfield was exactly on time for our order expectations. It is a very clean store!

Stay away from these jokers. I placed an order a few weeks ago, delayed by an hour, arrived cold. They put a letter in the postbox to apologise, with a free offer of a pizza to order again. Ordered as kids like it, this time, no delivery after an hour being told it had left, then it hadn’t left and still needs cooking, 50 mins after order. Under new management, the manager called Nev (allegedly) hasn’t a clue what’s he’s doing. Avoid this place like the plague.

It's such a shame I had a bad experience here. I went back and explained how bad the pizza with the lot, it was terrible and not much in the way of toppings.
The person there said sorry and dismissed me.
I then rang head office and they said to get another.not likely.or your money back. Too much trouble already.
Not going back again. I tried twice. Silly me.

Ridiculous delivery service!
Just ordered it via Deliveroo app, and my $72 order was cancelled without any reason, when I tried to contact shop, was interrupted by the guy on the phone, that’s he doesn’t want to talk, that’s atrocious.
FIY shop is 6.2kms away from the house, so the reason for canceling is still unknown.
Worst service ever.

Pizzas were good. Premium pizza (chicken camembert) and the new york pizza (ham and pineapple) were baked well. Toppings were fairly generous. Staff were efficient and friendly. Satisfying take-out dinner.

Worst customer service ever. Store manager is arrogant who does not know how to talk with customers. Will never order from them again.

Our delivery driver Ryan was fantastic. Extremely polite and seemed to love his job. So good to have such an awesome delivery service!
