Domino's Pizza

Worst pizza I had so far. I ordered 2 premium pizzas and both were over cooked and very less toppings on them

Ordered spicy peppy paneer pizza, which is not spicy at alll, no flavour, m. When called store twice the guy he said he owns 2 domino’s and he is the one WHO MADE THIS PIZZA, and can’t be wrong. As if he is Mr.perfect. Was not accepting his fault.

I ordered a pizza and they didn’t delivered it to me.
They didn’t even pickedy calls
I have the payment receipt from this restaurant dominos mill park.
You can’t keep someone’s food like that
So disgusting

Very disappointed with Domino's Mill Park!

I ordered two pizza's and a garlic bread, the eta was 50min for delivery, fair for a Friday night.expect it took them 90min to rock up.

I went into the store after 70min to see what was going on and the guy behind the counter said the pizza was already delivered - he than procced to call the driver and he then said rudely that the pizza is still a few minutes away!? Just say that instead of lying?
The guy also mention that they only had three drivers on? Thought this would be a no brainer to have more people on for a Friday night

The girl who delivered the pizza was very apologetic about the situation. Once we got our food, it was stone cold and i had to reheat the pizza.the store is 2mim down the road from me.

Very poor service, poor food. Not good enough!

Very very bad quality if Pizza, uncooked, smells badly, literally not hygiene, not recommended for kids or elderly or even youngsters, council should inspect the food safety system over Millpark Domino’s
I ordered spicy peri peri paneer pizza there was no peri peri sauce, no paneer and pizza was uncooked i got food poisoning plus wasted my money when I asked staff why there is no sauce? They replied sorry we are out of the sauce.very poor service. Someone should take action against the owners

Ordered a pepperoni, got a Peri Peri chicken pizza instead. Called the store, they were good about it and made my proper order. It was an inconvenience but at least they were good enough to fix it straight away. Lucky I only live a few minutes away, otherwise.big problem!

I placed an Uber order for timed delivery 8: 15 and 8: 30 pm. I tracked the delivery and at 8: 25 it was still being prepared. I rang store and asked for pickup and they said another 15 minutes. I went to store to pick up and received the order at 8: 40 while I had guests waiting at home. What’s the point of having a timed order. If they finished preparing at 8: 40 then by the time they allocate delivery and it reaches my home it would be another 30-40 minutes with hungry guests and I would have been looked down upon. Absolute disgrace!

Pizza's were burnt, with barely any toppings. Delivery was also late. I tried calling and the store would not pick up the phone. After 10 calls they picked up the phone and I explained my concerns, and requested for replacement, to which I was refused as they were very busy. Very bad service.

This must be the worst pizza in Australia.
Not only they missed adding the extra toppings, their gourmet pizza was a joke.

My food was stolen tonight.

The driver rocked up to my house, sat in her car for 10 minutes and then proceeded to drive away. Once calling the store and asking where my food was the manager told me it had been delivered. I kindly informed him that it was not delivered. He then called the driver who had claimed she rung the door and delivered it to the door, so he told me that he’ll send my order again.

Little does the driver know I have dash cameras and caught her the whole time.

A pizza that had either too much (sauce on bottom) to not enough (olives). Being handed a box that was greasy and dirty on outside was very disappointing. Will not be returning.

Update September 2022. If there is one thing that Domino's pizza does very well is to consistently stuff up an order. A Hawaiian with capsicum was made with mushrooms. I stopped getting deliveries because that was too hard to get right and now this.

In MY experience these guys have always gotten my custom orders Perfect when ordering through the dominos app. 5 stars from me! (Weekly buyer)

Ordered through Uber eats. After a while order was marked as 'On its way'. Waited for ages for delivery (even though the store is 5 minutes away), and then called the store as per the uber app suggestion. Rang multiple times only for the phone to ring out every time. After about an hour I drove to the store to see what was happening and asked if their phones were working, and was met with the response, "well we're busy". Pretty hard to believe they didn't have time to answer one of my 10 calls, considering the staff were operating at what I can only describe as snail pace.
Then had another staff member tell me the delivery had just left, even though it had been marked that way for over an hour.
Got home to find my order delivered minus the drinks. Tried to call the store again but guess what happened?
Plenty of good pizza in the area, avoid these Muppets at all cost

Worst experience ever. They don’t know how to check the address. Delivering the Pizzas on wrong address. I waited a long time and end up with nothing.

Never order from this store.

Worst service ever. Haven’t got the order. Delivered the order at different address which was at the distance of 3 units in between.

How hard is it to organise a pizza!? Ordered and waited 2hrs! Called to enquire and was told to wait longer, still no pizza! Id rather go on a date with bill cosby than try ordering through this place again!

Worst place. I wish if i could give a negative rating. I placed an order on uber and they marked it delivered without delivering it. When called them up asking for delivery status. The person who answered my call was so rude and said we don't care uber and hung the phone up. Owner should teach the staff basic etiquettes.

This has to be the worst pizza I have ever brought. We got 3 large pizza's. I am so disappointed and will not be returning here. My boys were rather annoyed when they opened their pizza box, to find 5 pieces of pineapple on a Hawaiian and hardlly
any pepperoni on the other pizza this is not acceptable.

Why so many negative reviews I don't know.
I always like there pizazz. I give them 5 stars with love and respect.
I suggest to store please give your best.

Got abused by the delivery driver. I have a few DO NOT KNOCK signs because I have a large dog - just easier you know? He knocked repeatedly setting my dog off and refused to leave the food on the step like a normal person.insisted I took it from him even though my dog was going nuts and when I asked him to leave it on the step and move away, kept going crazy saying I should of warned of the dog? Even tried to get into my unit.police have been called, restaurant refusing to answer my calls regarding the name of the driver.female beware!
