Domino's Pizza

Mannu is definitely a number one person, he also gives 50% discount, good & fast service, many times he talks meaninglessly.

Topping is just too little. I can’t find one slice of ham on my daughter’s slice of Hawaiian pizza. The size large is smaller than other pizza shops. The only reason I order them is because the delivery is fastest from Uber eat as my kids are hungry. Will not order again. Not good value for money.

Manu had very good customer service and the pizzas were also very good and came out faster than normal.

My wife ordered and paid without my knowledge, they then charged me again when I came in to collect the food.
When I went back for a refund they weren’t happy about it and huffed and puffed.
I got home with our food and 2 serves of strips for our kids were covered in chilli sauce.
The two large pizzas we received weren’t even ours and completely different to what we ordered.
Maybe stick to driving taxis and Ubers lads!

Store's appearance was not clean and likely not been cleaned for months. Staff was sniffing the sauces to figure out the right one. Pizza was horrible and dough was under cooked. Would not recommend this place at all!

I gave this store so many chances and every time I never get my delivery. Don’t bother with this store absolutely disappointing.

Dominos LowerPlenty, we ordered our 3 pizza’s at 5.45pm tracker say we will get them From 6: 13 to 6: 23pm.
The tracking Domino’s provide is turned off to falsify the delivery time.
Our pizza’s turned up at 7: 50pm. Cold, the pizza box’s base we’re soaked from the pizza’s being in the boxes for a long time.

Do not buy pizza from here. Terrible service, we have been waiting for a pizza for 3 hours. Then to be asked if we can come pick it up!

Waited 2 hours for my pizza. Called them 12 times no pick up so i decided to drive up there myself. Come to find they have their phones muted so they dont have to answer calls! Only 1 guy working and no delivery personnel. Got my delivery fee refunded and nothing else.

Ordered via app both orders didn’t work but they still charged my card then they wanted me to pay a 3rd time over the phone, was a fan but not anymore, fix your app

This is the worst Customer Service Experience I have ever had in my life. Ordered on the Dominos app.we are less than a 3 minute drive from the store. Watched our pizzas drive 15 minutes away to Greensborough. Called to complain and manager said it was on the way. 20 minutes later it still had not arrived. Manager told us it was not her fault (How could a manager actually say this to a customer) and we told her it was not good enough. Pizzas arrived cold and we requested a refund. Manager told us she could not do it. Then they passed us to 3 different people trying to get rid of us. Said they needed area manager to give a refund. Then we were told that we had been refunded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE COWBOYS!

The pizza was meant to come 40 minutes earlier than promised. I was waiting at the location for 40 minutes. I contacted the store multiple times but was told it would come soon.i called for refund and they refused. I will actively avoid this store and buy pizza from other dominos. It’s just poor customer service all around and a very poor experience. Shame because i ordered on average 2 pizzas a week from them. 1 bad experience can ruin everything.

We ordered online and it never came. We called the store and they told us that they will just give us a refund.

Just a 3. Inconsistent pizzas. Often request extra toppings (and pay for them) but the extras appear to often get missed. No care taken with gluten free pizzas. Same pizza cutter used and cross contamination issues galore. If you are going to charge a premium price for a gluten free base make sure you get it right re cross contamination- otherwise those needing gluten free should merely order a normal base for no extra charge

Avoid ordering through Uber eats. First time ordering from this place and said it has arrived but it never showed up. Finally was able to call them after a few tries and they said “there’s a problem with the Uber eats app and to just get a refund”. Couldn’t even reorder as they were closing in an hour. Shambles

Seriously the worst dominoes store in the country, they stuff up your order and when you tell them about it, they are super rude and abusive

Like every other comment here, ordered online never came. Needs to be de-listed from Uber, menu log etc as something is either terribly wrong with their system or they don’t care. They also use in house drivers, not Uber ones, so you can’t track the delivery. Calling the store no one answers, drove past 30m later and they are still open. Don’t waste your time ordering from here.

40 min estimated delivery, never came. They never answer the phone.clearly a common issue. How is this acceptable?
