Domino's Pizza

The pizza arrived at the exact time, the driver rang the doorbell to let me know it arrived. I mention this because I ordered one once via menulog snd everything was cold. The crust I ordered was perfect and there was plenty of filling. It was goid to be able to delete any ingredient you may not be keen on or add ingredients of your choice. The only suggestion I would add is that you should have red capsicum or roasted red capsicum as an extra and fresh garlic rather than what it sounded like as garlic mayonnaise. Otherwise perfect. Thank you

Got my order wrong. Pizza looked like it had been run over my a tractor. Pizza was lukewarm at best. Left instructions for delivery staff to leave pizza on table/stool beside door instruction was not followed and pizza box was left on damp/wet floor after rain. Disgusting.
When called staff they were unhelpful and dismissive.

Not very nice. Normal yes good but not enough effort on pizzas they advertise for cheaper. So in other words the not good enough

Forgot an item on our order, then when we called at 8.40 the automated message said the restaurant was closed. On the website it states the restaurant closes at 10pm. Then we found a very long strand of fair hair melted into the cheese on one of our pizzas. Very very disappointed.

Got food from here for my friends that were over. Myself and 5 other ones felt sick after we had them and about 3 of them threw up. Even on the phone when I was ordering the food they seemed unprofessional. I live about 3 mins away and they wanted to charge me $50 for delivery.

Wasn’t satisfied.

So far I have bought many times from this store and the pizza made is ok. I have ordered pizzas from 2 other dominos stores that were not edible (ended up in the bin). Keep up the good work.

Best domino around, have dealt with multiple of my orders over the last year and following my very specific request of double slicing my pizza.

In their un-common sense they decided that if we order Diet Coke and they don’t have it, the equivalent will be full-sugar Pepsi. Maybe if they had told us that they didn’t have Coke, we could had educated them on the difference.

Very disappointed! Ordered 2 large and a garlic bread asked and paid for anhovis and didn't get them. The garlic bread was good, but the 2 large were tasteless.

Disgraceful customer service. Took them 45 minutes to make 4 pizzas. The guy that brought before me already received his pizza and I’m still standing here waiting for my pizza. Horrible! They are very tight in the toppings and even a $3 Coles frozen pizza is even better! Not recommended!

Pizza is as you would expect for the low cost, nothing fancy, just edible, a cheap feed. Customer service could use an upgrade from the current non-existent state, not expecting to be pampered, don't even need a smile, just to be acknowledged when you walk in instead of standing at the counter waiting for minutes when your pizza is ready a few metres away.

PIzza used to be good now terrible, gone really tight on the toppings! Frozen stuff better value

very bad quality and they don’t care online order. I am very disappointed to say after placing 3 recent orders pizza is disgusting.
My suggestion is please read the order carefully before you handover to customer.

Well I am a frequent buyer of pizza from dominos bulleen. Initially the quality was good and I found it really nice as well. But ever since I started order online and using online scheme the quality and quantity has gone down. I seriously start feeling giving up as noticed many a time that now they are not going for quality. Sometime you feels like eating a simple bread instead of a fresh pizza.
I hope they will work on this and try to improve their quality with quantity.

Good place for pizza lovers. Staff putting up great effort to upfront the store. Very friendly people.
