Went to Dominic's Yarrawonga store to get 9k clasp replaced on 9k necklace. Gets fixed but breaks again 6bweeks later. Take necklace to another local jeweller who informs me it's a fake clasp not gold. Beware ripoffs. Paying 90 for something fake.will never go back.

Not very happy. Took in a 9ct gold necklace to fix the clasp. I asked for 9k clasp. I paid 80. Anyway a few months later it breaks again. I take it to another jeweller in Cobram who informed me that it had been fixed with with fake gold. Will never return. Lucky I never reported to VCAT. Every other jewellery business knows this too.

Jewellery of the highest quality and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Dominiques for the professionalism, style and qualty. All items prchased were unique, stylish and handcrafted by the master himself. My partner and I will continue to value the service and be looked after by Dominic.

We were holidaying in Yarrawonga and went into browse and walked out with some beautiful jewellery.
Honestly the best customer service.
He went above and beyond to serve us and we will definitely be keeping our business with them.

Came to Dominics with two very oversized rings, gave them to heather who was very polite and kind. Got a call from dominic who very clearly went over all the risks and potential problems and kept me very informed and delivered much better than I could have expected.
I also buy jewellery from them on occasion and have never had a problem with pricing, materials or longevity.
All in all friendly staff and a master jeweller that goes above and beyond for his clients, could not reccommend them more.

The 2 posts which give a very poor review of my store are false and malicious written to keep customers away from my shops. Come in and experience the service range and professionalism which my staff and myself offer each and every customer. Quite confused by this store. There is more random furniture and knick-knacks than there is nice jewellery. What jewels they do have on display are in cluttered cabinets, making it hard to really have a proper look. Products don't seem to be of the highest quality either.

Very dirty and cluttered store. Difficulty to tell what they’re meant to be selling when there is so much stuff cluttered everywhere. Found the staff at the Cobram store abrupt and rude. Offered no help when I walked in and just looked at me judgementally as I walked around browsing. Store could use a good clean up for sure!

No consistent opening hours? The cobram store might as well be closed down no one is ever there the windows and a mess and I can’t find opening hours anywhere. Decided to shop else where.

Purchased my son's graduation gift from here friendly and helpful staff great selection of gifts will definitely be returning for future purchases

Haven’t been to this businesses yarrawonga store but the cobram stores staff are very rude. The woman working was rude and I didn’t think much of their product range either!

Ridiculously unprofessional! I received TERRIBLE service at Dominique’s Jewellers Cobram store. I posted a review detailing my experience at this store on the stores Facebook page and they deleted my review off the Facebook page, and turned off the feature to give reviews all together!
The staff at this store are atrocious and so RUDE. They make you feel like being served is a hassle. I can’t believe that Dominique’s way of dealing with his EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF is to remove all his negative reviews from Facebook! Covering the fact that there was MULTIPLE BAD REVIEWS when I left mine!
I would not recommend shopping here what so ever! Save your time and shop somewhere else! And I would not be posting this here if the service wasn’t the worst I’d ever had!
