We are going through the store and we came across the bed section, the staff member Gaz approached us telling how to try the bed (not in a good approach) and started to pointing out the cheaper beds and mattresses. He started to discriminate us by telling this is all the top brand and the cheaper ones are on other side. It is ok to tell once but not repeatedly the same thing. I wish you have more manners Gaz and I believe everyone wants to try before buying and you have the stock for that reason. If you don’t want people to try the product please don’t allow them into the store. So discriminating and ruining our day and this is the first time we been to the store and not going again and lots of racism. Not even one rating is acceptable to ur staff like him.

Zarin was really helping me to choose a good mattress suitable for my needs. She has good knowledef about the mattresses and understood what I was after. They had plenty of options and you can choose a mattress which suits you, within you budget.

Zarin was extremely helpful and had great knowledge of the different mattresses we were looking at.

I purchased a Luxurious Sleepmaker Bedding package from the Domayne store in Springvale VIC on 31/1/2023.
Sales person (Lee W) was fabulous to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant, no pushy sales tactics, just gave all the right information on specifications and features for me to make an informed decision on which bed was the perfect fit after trying out several of them.
Price was also unbeatable as l shopped at 2 other Major Bedding retailers that sold the similar item before l purchased it from Domayne in Springvale.
Highly recommend, exceptional overall customer experience and will definitely purchase from Domayne again.

Lots of choices for various budget. Quality all looks good with nice design. I bought a bed and mattress. The lady who served me Tracey was very knowledgeable and understood my needs quickly. She was very helpful to check stock and lead time for me and actively kept chasing the vendor for an earlier possible date.

The manager who helped us was great. We got 2 outdoor settings. Great quality. And a very good price. On sale. Most times we have gone into Domayne, most of the furniture always have been too expansive. But on sale time, these were a great price. Got them to deliver and assemble for a bit extra.but it was worth it.

If I could give a zero star I would. Bedding department male staff member commented on my daughters body when trying to purchase a mattress (as well as a brand new house full of furniture). Didn’t comment on her husbands body, didn’t ask what type of mattress they were looking for, nothing. Oh, did call them both stupid for currently using an IKEA mattress. She left the store in tears, humiliated and PTSD triggered. Email complaint to the proprietor with a response that no staff member recalled this interaction (she provided a very detailed description of the sales person). Proprietor also responded that the staff would receive “refreshers of staff T and Cs”. Absolutely appalling behaviour from staff member and now proprietor. Ladies beware, do not patronise this store. Not good enough Domayne! Wrong on so many levels!

Thank you Jesse, Betty and the entire team for our recent lounge delivery. We purchased the Izzy 3 sester and it's just so soft and gorgeous to sit on. It did take a bit longer than expected but that's OK we are super happy.

Was in your Springvale store today, Sunday 19th March and was served by Jessie. I was interested in a couch but more so the fabrics that were available from Warwick. Her knowledge and service was impeccable, she knew her products and was extremely helpful. Its nice to know that there still is old fashioned service out there. Thankyou.
