A disappointing experience with what should have been a straightforward property transaction. Alarm bells should have rung when a graduate lawyer was assigned for conveyancing of the sale of my property. With more than 30 days to prepare, the mortgage discharge application was only forwarded two days before settlement. Consequently, the settlement was unnecessarily delayed. A critical lack of oversight by senior supervisors over a $2k task, put a $0.8m transaction in jeopardy.

Michelle Nassour was patient and tolerant and very able re my transactions. One was a a nasty, nasty divorce related matter with a bit of complexity and the other much more straightforward but also actioned well. I am not an easy client at times and she handled me well. Costs very reasonable too.
