Dolphin Pools

Called about my Dolphin pool cleaner not working. Dropped it in and fully tested within 30 mins - power pack replaced and working perfectly. Given cost of these and that we have had 9 years of solid use it’s comforting to know they can be easily serviced by a reputable business.

Very satisfactorily services my pool every fortnight. The pool is used daily so it is important that it is regularly checked.

Tom the technician was simply very good. Understood the pool requirements and just did a great job.

Really happy with Kim at Dolphin pools assisting with some spare parts for my Dolphin x30 robot. Immediate response to fix issue and not pushing for unnecessary servicing is much appreciated. Good way of doing business will be back.

Dolphin Pools have served the Miller family very well over twenty plus (?) years or longer, and depending on the season, regularly cleaning the pool, checking the filter system and, if needed, replace parts, whilst ensuring that the chemical composition of the pool in maintained at the appropriate level so asl to ensure safe swimming for my family. If we did not have Dolphin Pools looking after our pool, as they have, I would have filled it in years ago!

We had other pool companies we had used for years come many times, not fix the problem with our equipment and charge us expensive call out fees. In desperation I looked for someone new to take a look and cant believe my luck. Dolphin pools were absolutely fabulous. They didn't give up until they identified the real issue, resolved it quickly and very effectively and we just paid for the repairs. I now wouldn't use anyone else and really trust them. I cant recommend highly enough - they are fabulous!

I have been a customer of DolphIn Pools for years. Always friendly counter staff and very helpful technical knowledge available. Sometimes it can get a bit crazy over summer on Saturdays, so don't be in a rush. They open early which I friend great as I can drop in before work.

Terrible water testing experience that has led to massive expense to fix the issues caused not to mention skin damage. And then no offer to assist in fixing the problems they caused. Proceed with caution if you go here for water testing

Dolphin pools have been absolutely wonderful to deal with. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and always follow up.
Karen in the office is incredibly helpful and on top of things.
Kim the MD has even taken time to provide us with advice on trickier things like how to blanket our oddly shaped pool.
The team have been great servicing our older pool as well as giving great advice.
I'd highly recommend Dolphin Pools for all your pool requirements and even just advice when you're in a jam.

Not sure how you sleep at night charging double and ripping elderly customers off especially when my father is 83years old and didnt even need a new filter and pump.

These guys never fail to deliver.particularly in a crisis. When you find a good pool shop like this one.stick with them - the team at Dophin Pools are excellent.

Do not purchase the Dead Sea mineral salts sold at Dolphin Pools. They left a stain on our new glass tile pool, possibly just in the grout but might be in the tile as well. There must be an iron content in the salts. No labeling on the bag and no suggestion that the salts had an iron content or need to be mixed into pool in any particular way. We were told just spread around the pool and they will dissolve. Of course they did dissolve but left a stain which is still there over two months on.

Made a booking online for someone to come and clean the pool at 11.10am. It got to 12.30pm when I decided to call and see what the problem was. I made my booking online through Dolphin Pool website, only to be told by the receptionsit that they can't see bookings made on their website! I received a confirmation email and everything, but apparently they don't use the website for bookings. The fact that they still have it on their website that bookings can be made that way, and that you receive a confirmation email, is beyond ridiculous. Will not try and rebook with them.
