Dolphin Fish & Chips

Compared dolphins and flying fish grilled flake (Few stores away from eachother on the same strip of shops)
And dolphins is made alot alot more better in my opinion
There were both the same price ironically just too say aswell

Hands down best fish & chips in Seaford. Unlike others in the area, the potato cakes are thick and cooked perfectly, flake delicious and crispy chips. Now our regular.

Yuck. Potato cakes tasted like flour, undercooked. Didn't include the piece of flake I ordered and paid for. Not bothering to go back and get it.

We’ve been coming to this place for years and now never again, reception was terrible so we reconfirmed the order when we picked up the food, the staff don’t listen, our order was missing food, when I called they offered no solution and said it was our fault.the sizes are also getting smaller so when we made our usual order we didn’t have enough for everyone, if sizes need to change then people should be made aware so we can order accordingly

We have been going to this fish and chip shop for years, but tonight very hit and miss. My wife`s flake was tiny, more like a child size and my butter fish tasted like slush!

Potatoe cakes not like they were.
Like processed potatoe cakes perfect shape each individual one. So madd produced and then. 4 star only as taste is terrible.

Bad service. Don't say ready in 15 minutes and you havnt even put it on to cook 20 mins later. Just say its going to be 30 minutes and I won't waste a trip if you are busy. Usually good food, but really unhappy with the waste of my time today.

Best fish and chips bar none. Fish were full and juicy in crunchy batter. And they don't flatten the fish like all the other fish and Chip shops in Melbourne. Highly recommended.

Absolutely disgraceful. We paid $1 30 for fish bites for our kids and this is the size they provided. Rang to complain, did not apologize or offer a credit back or offer to cook more. Expectation did not deliver in this circumstance and the fact that they couldn't even apologize or say sorry. Definitely sticking with Flying Fish rather than these idiots!

Absolutely disgusting, fish bites bearly the size of McDonald's nuggets, and they had the audacity to change me $1.30 each of all the fish& chips shops in the Seaford/Carrum downs area this place is by far the worst, even when i called to bring it to their attention they totally dismissed and basically said i was lying to them, flying fish which is the other fish&chip shop around the corner which wasn't open unfortunately always apologise and would have most certainly given me a credit for next time! Shame on you Dolphin fish and chips.

For the second time in a month our order was short supplied. Phoned and all I got was an apology, not suggesting what they were going to do about it.
Was told that NEXT time they would give me extra.
Sorry, there won’t be a NEXT time.

Hey guys me again. Just letting you know that this is still the best spot in town, I adore this place and the staff that work here. 10/10 would recommend to all citizens of the sovereign city state of Seaford.

Overcooked chips. Dim Sims over cooked. Had to throw away most of the chips. Waste of money. Woman who works there is always in.a bad mood. No customer service.

Yes Yes Yes, mmyes. I want that boy who works 5: 30-8: 30 on Saturday. He cleans it up so well so so so well, the way he works a mop is something to be worshipped.

Got 3 handfuls of chips for 3 bux today. What a rort. Very over priced. Chips weren't that good.

The worst HSP ever not proper kebab chicken not enough sauce hardly any meat too many chips and dry disappointed

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady behind the counter has non existent customer service and did not speak one word the entire time I was in there. Took the order and my money without saying a single word. Basically raised her eyebrows to indicate for me to speak.
