I booked in early November 2021 for 1 venetian blind to be made and installed. I was told it would be ready late January, early February. I contacted Dollar Curtains mid February and was told it was likely to be March before my blind was ready. That will be 5 months for a blind to be made. I will definitely not use this company again.

I'm so glad that we chose Dollar Curtains Niddrie to do the blinds in our house they are absolutely fabulous the sales representative was on time very courteous, the cost was unbelievably inexpensive for the quality of the product and the installer came had a mask on the whole time and did an amazing job, very quickly, very thoroughly. I have recommended Dollar Curtains Niddrie to my friends because of the quality of the product, because of the costing and because of the professionalism of the whole company. It's made such a difference to our home we couldn't be happier. People cannot believe how affordable the whole job was.

We visited the store/showroom, the lady who helped us was really easy to deal with, listened to what we wanted and took our measurements.

She came out to check measure and made good and helpful suggestions, Our curtains were installed and they are made of absolute quality, Heavy & thick and NO LIGHT!

Worst customer service I have experienced. We had a women come to our apartment to do a free measure and quote, I was made me feel like an idiot in my own home, she was not friendly or helpful and hardly measured our windows, I would hate to think how the blinds would have turned out! Have had other companies out to do the same free measure and quote and the difference in customer service is outstanding. Would not recommend.

From quote to install, the process was seamless. I’m over the moon with the results of my sheer curtains. I got 3 quotes, and not only was DCB most affordable, the fabric is stunning. I highly recommend this store for all your curtain needs.

I had two Ladies come out to us for a free measure and quote yesterday, one of the ladies my husband & I had meet in store previously who was absolutely wonderful and friendly was such a grate help and I thank her for that! But the other consultant I don’t know her name because she did not introduce her self to me I have nothing nice to say about her behaviour I have no idea what was her problem was with me alone she walked in to my home with no Hi or Hello she put her things down & was only engaging and communicating only with my husband acting like I was not there I tried to ask her something but I was completely ignored and she turned her back at me did not even look at me once no eye contact at all as if I were invisible or on even asked for my opinion on anything when she should know better that my husband & I will decide together what we do not just him I will have the final say what goes on in the end so have the courtesy and decency to at least engage with me or just give a friendly smile when you are walking into someone’s house
I was made to feel like a complete idiot in my own home I was not in her house so have a little respect for people “you don’t know the battles that people are facing” if there was a problem no one is forcing this person to be here if she did not want to whatever you have going on personally should not effect you from being professional when doing your Job especially in someone’s home leave arrogance outside the door, I have never meet this person before in my life I don’t know what I did to her! I was very upset & furious about this situation I don’t have the time and place for people like this in my home usually others will engage with everyone they are doing business with “customer service should be implemented” otherwise the quote and everything else was fine and at this point we are undecided what we shall to do, we are in a new apartment building there is a lot of people who will be needing blinds but at this point I cannot recommend this person only but others were grate I met In store, My apologies for rudeness on my behalf but you can probably understand why.

I recently had DCB timber plantation shutters and motorised blinds installed at home. They’ve changed the whole feel of the place, and look fabulous. The website was easy to navigate and staff were patient and helpful. The two chaps who performed the installation were very knowledgeable and did a marvellous job.
