From the beginning with the help of the foor staff, the girl who quoted and guy who did the installation. We found all aspects to be a very positive experience.
The finished product is exactly what we were hoping for without breaking the budget.
We would definitely recommend DCB Mornington.

Very easy process, I got an online quote first so I had a good idea of the cost without having to waste time getting someone out. The quote was emailed very promptly and then followed up with a friendly call. They came out to measure at the time agreed, with the sample case. The quote was slightly cheaper than my online version. The blinds were ready when they said, and the installation date had text reminders. My installer unfortunately hurt himself earlier that morning and the company rearranged their schedule so that my install still went ahead. The installer was prompt, polite and tidy. I’m very happy and would use again.

Stuffed around with times for a measure and quote. Then an air of arrogance in the consultant although she seemed to know her stuff. The length of time taken in putting data into her laptop was ridiculous. Ran out of time so reappointed for another time. Appointment booked for 9.00 to 9.30am. It is now 9.42am and no show and no contact. Not good. Rang and cancelled.

Price point and blind fabric quality great, installation quick, customer service fine (apart from sending our black-out roller blind to NSW that delayed installation by a good few weeks) and well done BUT and it is a BIG but.the blinds themselves have the lightest of "weights" in the base making them very unstable when opening or closing on the runners or turning the face in. Dollar does not have an option to purchase or choose heavier base weights so I had to go to a hardware store and spend over $70 on heavy duty metal plates to slide in behind the plastic ones that come with the blinds. (Two double window/door vertical blinds in this case) Also, the overlap between the blinds is is absolutely minute - the smallest I have ever seen and every time we move the blinds at all, we have to go down the whole line to unhook the tiny catches that spoil the profile because they get hooked up so easily and do not sit flush because there is almost no overlap to make them more stable. This is the only time we have experienced this in a big house full of blinds wherever you look! (From another supplier) It is very frustrating and when the ducted heating is on, they blow around like fine hair in a breeze, meaning we have to do the whole thing again when it stops blowing, even with the heavier base plates in because of the overlap issue. There is no tolerance for movement in the blinds without them snagging. 1-2 more blinds along the whole run would have solved the tiny overlap issue and I am astounded that one can buy blinds that have such lightweight base units within. Now I understand the good price point but would rather have paid more for better satisfaction all round.

I am extremely happy with my new blinds from DCB in Mornington. The customer service was great from ordering them to having them installed. They were reasonably priced for the quality, I will definitely order from here in the future. Thanks again

Absolute worst customer service. Had a quote for plantation shutters, went into the shop to discuss options/payment. The sales woman in the shop was outright rude. Also we were told that we would have had to provide our own scaffolding for the fitter for a high window? Since when does a customer provide their own equipment. The whole process was awful. They might be a cheaper but we paid a bit more to go with a different company to have piece of mind and friendly customer service.

The process of quoting and installation have been remarkably easy.
Installation today was amazing such a great experience all round especially installer very knowledgeable.

Excellent excellent service. Snd very good quality products. I am very pleased with the curtains nd the wooden shutters I have bought here. They installation eas accurate and immaculate. Thank you si much for helping me with my window coverings to keep my house protected from the hit north sun and make it the haven it is. So very grateful. Thank yoy
