Once again I had the most incredible experience with Dollar curtains and Blinds. Not only are they super helpful and patient, I found their prices to be competitive and the quality amazing. Nothing was too difficult for them. This is the 3rd house I’ve had them come out to dress my windows. Highly recommend

Very poor and cheap. Work is very bad, no commitment, Management is very bad, I am struggling to fix my wall from 2022 April, now it's like a year. Which one damage from them, they told me to find the people to fix it, I m keep telling them it’s not my job to find the people, they r not taking it seriously, when I find people to fix and I provide them the quote now they denied to paid me. They damaged my two walls. And it’s my new house. So it’s my suggestion don’t go with them.

Great company to deal with. I've dealt with a lot of poor services lately so it was great to receive a product and service that was good from start to finish. The guy who came out to measure was knowledgeable, very pleasant and patient even though we kept changing our minds. The blinds arrived right on time and the installer did a great job. All together good experience and the blinds we chose are nice quality.

This was the second time we have used Dollar Curtain and Blinds for our window coverings. They come when they say will, are very helpful and come with plenty of choices to choose from. Friendly, professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Arrived very late for a QUOTE MEASURE. Got told it was policy to wear shoes to do a QUOTE MEASURE. Surely people are happy to go with company’s policy to wear dirty Rainy shoes for QUOTE MEASURE. Yeah you don’t want my business.

Impossible to get any customer service from the moment we walked into the shop
Took forever to get someone to come out to measure and quote then never got sent the quote even after calling, just wanted to put a deposit down
Waste of time

They wouldn't sell me spare parts, even though they were displayed on a board, because I couldn't prove the curtains were originally from them. Some vague excuse about warranty issues. So I went to one of their competitors and bought the parts from them. Guess where I will be going in the future. Price Right Curtains and Blinds.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with, very professional from the guy that came out to measure up to the the installer, couldn't be happier highly recommend, thanks heaps.

Sad experience. Wanted to change awnings on house and yes DC & Blinds came up with a great quote. However, yes sadly however, we had someone attend our house and quote the job. All windows normal all on a single story house. We did have one bedroom window on top of our carport some 2 mtrs from the ground and half the width of the awning hanging over the carport the the other half exposed and easily reachable. We also emailed photos of the said window to the manager and both she and the person quoting on site said that all should be ok as they guys (fitters) will sort it out. So we agreed to the quote and signed the contract agreed with DC&B to go ahead with the job. Well when the fitter arrived he looks at the said window saying "We have a problem here, I cannot fit that due to the height and OH&S" IIt would mean getting onto the CP roof! Oh really? Yes of course I totally get OH&S however when a person attends and quotes the job clearing all is ok and the manager via email suggesting all is ok with the said window I am somewhat confused. Let's just say that 3 months later I'm still trying to get someone to install the awning. All other windows and installed and DC&B did a great job. All I can say is just be careful if you're going to hire DC&B as I felt a bit deceived with what I was told. Got my money then screwed me over. I did negotiate a full refund for that blind so thanks DC&B. If I had of been advised earlier of this issue I would not have gone with them.

Staff are very helpful. Prices are competitive enough to be considered. Quality are also not bad.

Blinds look great and seem to be of good quality, and the installation man, Tony, was an absolute delight. He was very lovely, very professional and trusting to leave alone and come back when completed.

I had a lovely gentleman named Serge come out to my house earlier in the year to measure up for blinds, curtains and shutters. He was very helpful and informative. Everything was made within the time frame I was told and the man who installed my products was fantastic! We are beyond happy with the finished result and would highly recommend Dollar Curtains and Blinds in Epping!

Dollar Curtains and Blinds Epping was recommended to me by my daughter in law who recently purchased a whole house of window furnishings through them and like her I was extremely satisfied with the service and quality of the sheer curtains I ordered. The consultant was fantastic and the installer is a great asset to their team. I look forward to using them again in the future.

Paid $5500 for 9 curtains (5 of which were only 1mt wide) and after 3 1/2 years on the curtains facing west the blackout backing started to powderise.
Contacted Dollar a year or so later and they sent someone to inspect the curtains and was told we would have to pay and they offered to quote on the repair. Strange to think that we would even consider dealing with them ever again.
Not so much as an offer to part pay for repairs on $5500 worth of business which you would reasonably expect to last 10 to 15 years at least.

Excellent service! We ordered custom fit sheers for our bedroom. The gentleman who completed the quote and measure was friendly and knowledgeable. Booking in an installation time was easy. The gentleman who installed the sheers was lovely and very tidy. Definitely recommend the team at Dollar Curtains and Blinds Epping!
