Dolce Vita on Puckle reviews
14 Good food, but the options felt trying to improve on brunch with the wrong imagination. The menu can improve.
I would still come back
Cool baristas thanks for my coffee.
Nice outdoor seating, pleasant staff and good food
Great coffee place here, place is so big outdoor, indoor, up stairs seating. Price is norm, on the higher end but the service and food quality was fantastic, will be going back again 100%
Was there as a guest service was quick coffee delightful, pleasant atmosphere, clientele suspect.
Went for a coffee this morning, ordered and waited.and waited.when six or so other customers who came in after where served, went to ask and the guy who I can assume is the manager (in a very condescending tone) mumbled sorry, tried to charge me for my coffee that never came and my daughter's drink. Have been here a few times now, would have understood if they had been busy, but being there was less than 10 people there for 3 staff.there's better coffee to be had on Puckle st.hell go to Sir Dukes, it's soulless but at least they care about their customers.
First visit greeted by genuine friendly staff
Quick service great food
Great coffee
We will be back
First timer at this place. Food was okay little over priced. Staff were a little loud but friendly. The cashier lady was very stressed out. Don't think she a people person
Thank you for the great Canolli cake that you made for my husband's 80th birthday. It looked attractive and was very easy to serve.
Called in here in Sunday, Fathers Day.no booking, no problem. Here we can move this, add a chair here. Come sit. This is the level of café service I miss, and something that we don't have in the Barossa Valley. The whole team were working well together, the food was great and oh - the coffee. Perfect. Thank you guys for fitting us in. Of course we stayed too long and left for the airport with a parking fine (wow MVCC you are raking in the parking fine $$).
The avo on toast was okay, although I thought it would be reasonable if they gave two slices of bread and two poached eggs (they only served one on my plate). The omelette on toast was a bit of a disappointment as the egg was cooked too dry, and my toast was too tough. The service was fantastic, though.
Went in to this cute little cafe because it was the first one we saw and so glad that we did. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the coffee was very good and the food was yummy. Will definitely come back again when we’re in the area.
Great coffee, eats, prompt service with a smile. You can turn up for an early morning “start me up coffee” or sit down for a meal.
Inside and outside seating. Quiet seating area separated from busy front counter and a nice decor.
Barrister is very fast and makes an excellent hot coffee latte.
Opening hours are very welcoming and offer a great opportunity to enjoy some relaxed recovery time.
5 stars on every level. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in the door, efficiently seated, watered and received menus within seconds. Orders taken within moments. Our hot drinks and meals were made to perfection and were delivered without delay. The venue was clean, spacious and comfortable. Even the front windows and glass dessert cabinets were spotless, something so many venues strangely overlook. Staff were friendly and efficient too. I cannot recommend this wonderful venue highly enough.
I don't know about everyone else out there, but my experience of customer service since covid, has been abysmal. In every industry we just seem to have lost our passion for delivering good quality customer service. Particularly in hospitality. But Dolce Vita has restored a semblance of hope that maybe not all is lost. I wish every venue out there could take a leaf from their delicious and enjoyable book. Thank you Dolce Vita! We will definitely be back
