Doctors are nice, but the wait times are incredible; especially for tele-health appointments.

GP’s and staff are excellent at Wyperfeld medical center. If you need total care for your health needs it is highly recommended.

Such a friendly and efficient practise. I had my first appointment as a patient with Dr Sara and she was very warm and made me feel very comfortable. Have made it my primary practise of choice.

Me and family have been seeing Dr Sara since 2017 and she is absolutely the best. She uses her experience and skills very well for diagnosis and provides treatment. The only reason my family travels far from another suburb to Taylors Lake is to see her. She is friendly, humble and a good listener. She has been very good with my daughter. There was also an instance where Dr Sara proactively followed up with my wife to check about my daughter continuously when she was sick and ensured right actions were taken for my daughter to stay well.
Kudos to Taylors Lake Doctors too for the effective time management. We have never had any issues with gettIng an appointment when needed. Also the waiting time at the clinic is well managed i.e. We have to hardly wait for 5-10 minutes to see the doctor.

So far the best medical centre I ever being in Melbourne. Outstanding customer service and doctors and the staff really kindly towards patients. Highly recommend for any kind of medical needs.

Wonderful team of doctors and staff. Very friendly and helpful. I was very happy with one of the receptionist lady who helped me to get my medicine from pharmacy.pharmacist was keep saying she did not receive the script where doctor/ receptionist sent it already several time. Receptionist was very kind to talk to me several time, fax the script several time and then finally talked to pharmacy and get my medicine ready quickly. And Dr. Ishani is a awesome doctor who does thorough check up and gives important to every bit of small concerns we have.i recommends her to anyone.

This practice is terrific. Dr. Sara combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. She’s also an excellent GP. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment.

It is the best place to go. They treat you very well. I don’t know other doctors but doctor ishani is best for Bub. People in reception and nurse is so helpful. Great clinic in west. I recommend it to all parents.

I've stuck with Dr Cristina after my gp of 15 years retired a few years ago and I've never been happier. She's incredibly compassionate, knows her stuff and I often refer friends that want a doctor for female issues or for their kids.

Got my 2nd Covid-19 vaccine dose here. Easy to book online using HotDoc. The nurse who administered was lovely and quick. No waiting around for my appointment, they were very efficient
