Dr. Huang was very attentive about my case and was helpful in prescribing a remedy for my illness whilst waiting for my specialist exam.

Had a phone consultation the doctor was a little late in calling which was fine got what I needed within 5 minutes

I never recommend this place to anyone. They are getting extra chargers depending on the time you are visiting the doctor. And they never inform you about the extra chargers until you are done with the appointment. So disappointed

Treated like a second rate citizen and like l was seeking pills for an addiction when l made a genuine mistake about what meds l had left at home. Offered to come back in a week to be told that l wouldn’t be getting script for medication that is 100% working for my chronic back pain. Zero care by doctor I saw.

Dr Soleimani is fantastic, he has a great demeanour and makes his patients feel very comfortable. He is happy to answer any questions and communicates clearly.

Dr Golam Sarwar! Who is just a wonderful doctor, iv currently been seeing him on a regular basis lately due to my current workcover claim. And every visit to him is always nothing less then Extremely understanding, clarm, patient and easy to open up to.
And more importantly just an actual decent doctor who actually listens to his patients, which in a doctor these days seems to be hard to find!
Not to mention I always over hear the lovely front desk lady's always stay so clarm and polite, when from the sounds of having to deal with them unpolite patients over the phone! Great service girls you don't go un noticed with the fantastic patient respect and care you all do, to you all! Plus

First time at Doctors on Clyde today. Dr Jasmeen was very thorough. I will definitely return to see her in the future when I need medical care.

Dr Sarwar has been my friendly doctor since moving to the area in 2020. Although his skills are predominantly focused in specific areas such as Skin, he has been absolutely fantastic in assisting me with ease for other complex medical matters. He is professional, always on time, straight to the point, highly knowledgeable, and consultative in his approach. I also take my daughters to see Dr Sarwar and would recommend him to anyone needing an experienced doctor.

I can definitely agree with comments about a well managed clinic, clean and professional.

People need to be aware that inflation has gone through the roof and the Govt, (voted in by the people) has not reviewed Medicare rates to reflect this. Therefore, in order to continue to offer such an amazing service to its patients, the clinic has introduced private fees only during certain times. This means it still caters for all yet adequately covers its expenses during more expensive parts of the days/week Not deserving of 1 star ratings by any means!

Friendly staff and Dr. Alam was wonderful with his prompt advice. It's definitely a busy practice but good first experience. Mask is mandatory and the practice can give you one for a $1.

Dr Alam is great. First time seeing him and he is going out of his way doing follow up checks and making sure I’m sticking to what he told me.

Not Happy. I wasn't wearing a mask when entering to the clinic. Staff at reception sold a single mask to me cost of $ 1.
What beggars selling mask to the patients. At least give it to the cost. Not making profit of them.

My 3 year old son seen one of the female doctor today, half of the consultation she did standing and while we were leaving she said she needs to sanitise everything as my some was touching things. Have no what so ever courtesy with young kids and made me so uncomfortable.

I took my 16 yr old daughter to this practice 14/5/2022 12.40pm for a general appt due to her being very unwell for 3 days. Never ever in all my years have I ever dealt with such a rude, dis-respectful, arrogant & very unprofessional so called ‘Dr’ at this clinic - Doctors On Clyde. His appalling attitude left a lot to be desired. After describing my daughters symptoms post Covid, he dismissed EVERYTHING that had been said/mentioned during said consult. Nor did he listen to my daughters concerns re her on going symptoms which were worsening after 3 days. This Dr did NOT LISTEN whatsoever to either myself or my daughter. During the consultation, his mobile ph rang, while I was trying to discuss symptoms, he proceeded to answer the call, & his exact words “sorry Dennis, I have a difficult patient who wants a medical certificate & I’m not going to give her one’’ I cannot believe these words come out of his mouth. Said he would call back. Any professional in the medical field would never behave this way, so how he thinks he can, is astonishing. How & why is a Dr allowed to say this or behave in this manner - my daughter & myself were absolutely stunned. If it was any other clinic, he would be dismissed immediately. Whilst trying to find answers for my very unwell daughter, he pulled out his mobile phone & returned his call to ‘Dennis’ and said again, “that I still have these difficult patients here” & proceeded to continue to talk on his mobile. This behaviour is absolutely disgusting & the fact that a so called Doctor there thinks it is acceptable and or ethical is sadly mistaken! I asked him who was the Practice Principal there, & he said he was, which was laughable. Just goes to show his arrogance & self entitlement.
I discovered this was simply not true after further investigations on who is in fact the Director of the Practice there. It was not this Dr we had consulted. He is only a GP there! There are several other concerning issues here & I will be putting in a formal written complaint & contacting the AMA regarding this absolutely appalling behaviour by the Dr on duty there at time of our visit. This was also very upsetting for myself & my teenage daughter. No patient/s should ever be subject to this disgusting behaviour at this Clinic or any other Clinic. As for leaving stars in this review, I would not even leave 1.

Super friendly reception and medical staff. Really easy to book online and was very satisfied with my appointment.

Dr Manjiri is always ready to listen and always supportive and helpful. Even if you got simple cough or have family issues you will be heard by her. Highly recommend this doctor!

I had an appointment with Dr. Ali. Everything was great. Respectful receptionist and professional doctor. It was worth a long travel!

It was my first visit to this clinic and lets just say it will be my last. I don't know why Dr Manjiri Nair became a doctor because she doesn't listen to her patients or care about what they are going through. If you have a serious matter to discuss with a healthcare professional, please, for the sake of your health, book an appointment with another doctor. I can not stress enough how disappointed I was with the lack of respect and empathy I received from her.
