Doctors On Centre

Was my first visit to this centre, and I had to wait for 30 mins even though I had an appointment booked. I did start to get impatient but when I met Dr Dona, it was all worth the wait - don't think this happens often, she just had a busy morning. She was so gentle, patient and kind. She explained my situation really well and took me through various care plans/options for my condition. Think I've finally found my fav GP in Melbourne: D

Want to express a big thank you to Dr Dona Jayasinghe and the lovely nurse who acted swiftly and where very supportive during a difficult time as my eldrely mother had a fall requiring stiches. They took excellent care of her and now she is fully recovered. Fantastic service highly recommend the clinic.

The staff is very friendly, and make it a pleasure every visit.

Today I was on time, but the receptionist told me that I have to wait around half an hour to be attended. I couldn't wait that long, so I had to rebook my appointment and I lost my time to went there. I disagree with repectionist acctittude, she seems does not care when I told her that I wasted my time. I suggest if they know they cannot attend on time for any situation, give a call to inform, that way, users won't wasted their time!

Dr Buccheri thank you so much for all your time over the years I have greatly appreciated it. Dr Donna so thankful for our women’s health appointment and Dr Masoud the care you provided to my mother was nothing short of first class. To the reception staff just keep being you. You are magical!

The TV in the waiting room is INSANELY annoying. We had to hear 10 minutes worth of ads. Nobody was watching it. How about some music and relaxing images or something?

I have been to so many Gp in Victoria and NSW believe me couldn't find a perfect GP like Dr. Masood.

Within first appointment he will know what the actual disease is. No drama straight and simple. Genuinely recommend Dr.masood.

While other GP they keep on doing blood test to understand what's wrong which takes weeks to get the result etc.

My family and I are highly satisfied with our experience as patients. Our family doctor, Dr. Masoud, is friendly and professional and has provided my family and me the care that we needed for years. Also, the ladies at the reception are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this medical centre to everyone around the area!

Very friendly and professional medical clinic.
I took my son as a new patient to see Dr Masoud today.
Dr Masoud is a very professional, thoughtful and thorough doctor.
He does his job extremely well!
Reception staff are just absolutely, warm and friendly lovely ladies!

Finally found a great family doctor! Many places refuses to see me or talk to me with disrespect. But Dr. Vic is very professional, easy going and is great when communicating with us. The beautiful ladies in the front desk are also amazing and goes above and beyond for us. What a lovely little gem I've found. Thank you

Dr Dona Jayasinghe is the most caring and patient GP I’ve ever met. She is very thorough and easy to talk to. The clinic should do whatever they can to keep Dr Dona! She is an exceptional doctor.

Doctors on Centre is highly recommended. Dr. Jayasinghe is very professional and caring to her patients. The staff are very patient and professional too.

Dr Kyriaki Rafalia always cares for my conditions a lot and gives a very genuine solution. I do recommend.

I would say Dr Rafalia is the best doctor i have even meet.especially with a women health. Great service by reception as well.

Don't mind being left on hold for a while but having the listen to talk back radio whilst doing this is really annoying

Great that students under 25 are now bulk billed. Dr. Buccheri is a special doctor who is genuinely very caring, warm and empathetic. He has helped me so much with everything since I was a child and my entire family highly approves of him. Dr. Masoud is also great.

Dr. Masoud is the GP of my family.
He is professional and patient.
He tried every time to explain everything in details.
I would say that he is really fantastic and friendly GP.
Reception staff is cooperative and trying to help the patients.
