Absolutely disgusted
I went there on Saturday, to get results I asked the doctor PERERA to print them for me. He mentioned he would get receptionist to do it. Then I find out he deleted them. So I had to get clinical labs to resend.

My results did not get explained to me at all. Or what to do next. It was horrible. I can’t believe how the appointment went & I still got charged $55 dollars when the appointment wasn’t even properly explained.

Now the receptionist who works there Saturday don’t know her name but she was there Saturday. She is the most rudest, most horrible receptionist I have ever meet at a doctors. She really needs to be removed from that job.
The way she does her job and speaks to people is disgusting. How she got medical receptionist job is beyond me. I even saw how she spoke to an older lady there was terrible.

Im actually thinking of taking this matter even further. Because I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I did.

I should have walked out of the appointment feeling good, instead I walked out disappointed, confused and lost.

After booking an appointment for my 4 years old on hotdoc yesturday. Taking a day off from work and him from childcare. We go there and they sauly there is no appointment for us. I even showed them the booking (i wanted to upload it too) but they hadno answer and were sent back home

The place would get better if the receptionists are replaced. Would have given 0 if I could

Dont ring them. Rang out 4x, went around there was told they have had troubles with their systems. That excuse has been used for years by their receptionist. When i said that, i got a roll of the eyes and she went back to a private call while the center phone was ringing

The most unprofessional run down shack in all of Victoria. I was spoken to so rudely by a ugly receptionist inside and out once and soon found out that was one of the doctors wives. I still came back due to being in severe pain and needing a prescription which I was then denied. Do not come to this place ever. They are unprofessional trashy and have no regard for any patients. Never ever again.

Do not go to this clinic. Totally incompetent doctors, useless reception staff. Dont know how they still have a medical licence. Dr Perera, should not be practising. He prescribed medication which was recalled 6 months earlier. He also missed/overlooked test results which now have led to a life changing operation. Had we ourselves not been vigilant and investgated further, this could have been a death sentence. He is a disgrace to the medical field. Clinic should be investigated and shut down.

I booked for an appointment & thought the negative feedback was excessive. Only to get rejected & have it cancelled on me 2 hours prior for some ridiculous reason.

Whenever I used to visit the clinic my father always told me to shower as this place was so unhygienic and run down. This place is for absolute bottom feeders! A doctor here even recommended meditation or some new age nonsense. Where did this dr get his degree? This place is a disgrace to medicine.

AVOID! AVOID! THIS PLACE! You want save your time or day don't waste your hours and hours sit here by yourself with an EMPTY clinic and never called or not on time with your appointment.today had the APPOINTMENT 12: 30pm arrived 12: 20pm completely empty clinic just myself, 12: 30pm not called yet to see the doc. A person walked in and told the receptions his appointment 12: 45pm he straight away walk in see the doc and I am still waiting! Gonna get an parking fine because I only have 1 hour car park limit. I even skip my lunch break to get to see the doc. Do not recommended this place to anyone, friends and family. Please move along and find a good/better other clinic that much care for you and on time with appointment.

Rudest receptionists ive come across, fair enough i get told off bout the stupid masks which “protect others” when we are all there for a jab then a cop comes in no mask, and the sheila says nothing to him! What? Cuase hes a cop? Absolute discrimination!

This practice is a joke, I was seeing a doctor there for an on-going medical issue for about 5 or so years, I still am in a lot of pain and needed a pain management plan, but this "doctor" tells me to take 12 panadole tablets per day or do meditation as a pain management option, he never consulted with the doctors/specialists from the hospitals, he and the staff (except Linda, shes a good egg) have the worst manners and are unprofessional when asking for certificates.
The last time I saw this doctor, he said: "I cant help you, you should find medical advice from somewhere else". He failed me as a doctor. Please go anywhere else but here. Hell, you have a better chance with a Shaman or Witchdoctor.

They did not update my COVID vaccination status with Medicare - after more than a month! Not good enough! It's the first day out of lockdown, and I can't go out because I don't have proof of my vaccination.

Went to get vaxxed, realised they were administering them in the garage at the back of the building, in front of everyone else.
Was told by the nurse that for first timers the doctor would come out and answer any questions. He came out, ignored any questions, as he was incoherently blabbering on and backing towards the door nervously in an what looked like an attempt to escape.
They won't let anyone into the practice to make enquiries and when I did was very rudely addressed by the receptionist. This place is shocking I've never been to a doctors like it before and I'll never go again

Went here for my second Pfizer shot. It felt like a backyard abortion in Delhi. Shot was given by a "doctor" in no PPE (not even gloves). Did not sanitise hands between patients. 7 of us sat in the garage at the back of the practice, doctor went around and jabbed everyone in the left arm, put the used needles into the container with the unused needles. Zero information was given about what to expect after the shot or about anything else at all. I had to ask whether I had to wait 15 minutes like with the first shot. He called out people's first names before giving them the shot, nothing else was checked. I don't even know if it was the Pfizer shot he gave me

Had an appointment at 11: 15. I did not get seen for almost 2 hours after my set appointment time. The reception is poor and the doctors aren’t very educated. Avoid these doctors at all costs.

One of the doctor's told me to meditate for pain relief four days after shoulder surgery. Where is the medical expertise?

Uncaring doctor. My Mom had to be taken to hospital for dizziness. They ask why she’s been taking pressure tablets that also reduces her heart rate. There was no trial done when this medicine was prescribed to her. The doctor here is too spiritually bias. This place should be classified as folk medicine practice.

My husband had a middle ear infection. A telephone appointment was held and the doctor and she insisted he get covid tested even though he had no symptoms other than a really sore ear and provided him with no information around next steps for his sore ear. Ear infections can be dangerous when not taken seriously. In the end he did not have Covid and went to another medical practice where they carried out a physical appointment, confirmed he had an infection and provided medication and clear next steps.

Do yourself a favour and go to a practice that takes health seriously.
