Had a lovely dinner for our work xmas party here - the food was fantastic and it was a lovely and quiet venue.

Attended the Christmas Buffet lunch.
Food was phenomenal, it was well catered for and they didn’t run out of food. Would definitely attend again just for the food!
Service was not very operational. Took almost 30mins for a bottle of champagne to be bought to the table, constantly forgetting to put through our beverage order.
We were charged for the COMPLIMENTARY cocktails.
100% markup on a bottle of Vueve - not worth the $160.
Staff did not seem to be trained.
Chefs were very accommodating!

Went to dock 37 to have dinner with friends and the food was amazing. Food was really delicious and well plated. We we’re welcomed gracefully and the service from Brian was superb! Friendly and funny as well. Will definitely comeback here!

Lovely spacious but cosy interior. Staff were lovely but often missing. Food was quite average, even though the ingredients were quality - like the large chunks of buffalo mozzarella on the pizza. But that alone can't make up for the bread and base sauce, and lack of cook on the pizza itself. However, the hard cheese on the charcuturie board was great.

Visited this lovely place recently with my girl gang, loved the Eggplant chips, the Beef ribs were cooked to perfection, and the Lamb rump was so flavourful and succulent, also, The Headchef there is very hospitable too!

Amazing High Tea!
I’ve been here for High Tea twice now and both times were excellent. The menu is plentiful with an exciting and imaginative array of warm and cold savouries, scones and beautiful desserts.
The staff are so welcoming and friendly.

Now, let’s delve into the highlight of the evening: the food. The menu at Dock 37is a true masterpiece, artfully crafted to showcase a harmonious fusion of flavors, textures, and culinary techniques. Each dish is a work of art, presented with meticulous attention to detail.

Waited 15mins to get a beer and simple spirits poured, there would have been 6-7 customers max at this stage. The staff that were on duty seemed overwhelmed by patrons even through it was not busy. For the price point of drinks and class of the establishment I would expect MUCH better service.

Went here the other week for buffet breakfast and highly disappointed. We booked a table yet we were made to wait behind everyone else for a table who were just walking in off the street. (Don’t bother booking a table.) There was hardly any food available, everyone was hanging around waiting for more food to be brought out. You couldn’t find a single knife or fork or sometimes even a plate to use. Don’t recommend! Not worth the price you pay.

Food was spectacular. We had the Valentines day banquet meal. Cocktails were lovely. There were a few wait staff fumbles that were nothing at all major but generally the service was great. Loved it

Realllly average service, overpriced food and waiting times for drinks was ridiculous given there weren't that many people there. Was offered a free coffee because of the long wait times? Got charged for it anyway. Won't be going back here.

Beautiful location and interior. I have to say this was let down by the position of our table. Our table of 4 was pushed into a corner which meant that our waiteress had to constantly reach halfway across our table every time. She mentioned it was a common problem, so in my mind, why hasn't this been addressed, I'm clearly not the only customer who has mentioned this.
The food was nice and they took great care to cater to my sister's allergies.

Worst tasting food I ever remember eating, especially the chef signature dish. Polite service, nice decor

Context: dinner out with husband with a buy one get one free meal deal so we thought we'd try it out

Food: The Chef's signature dish tasted like the worst mixture of medicine and something that's rancid. The taste was so bad it made me feel physically sick and I couldn't eat more than 2 bites before feeling nauseous. My husband was able to force it down so as not to waste food. The porchetta had overcooked pork to the point it was super dry. The sauce had a weird after taste but the creme and pork crackling helped make it edible overall.

Service: waiter and waitresses were polite and dealt with another customer's complaints about the food very professionally. They were also polite when we asked them to pass along our suggestions to management that they change the menu, perhaps to the simple basics.

I was a guest of the hotel for a few days and the staff at this restaurant were so welcoming and friendly. I had the striploin steak with chat potatoes and it was literally the best steak I've ever eaten in my life hands down!
I recommend this place to everyone!

A fabulous meal this evening. The staff were so accommodating with the kids, making sure the meals came out quickly as the kids were tired and hungry. Beautiful fresh pizza and chips for the kids, with the most divine milkshakes. Kids fed and happy, kids left back to the room, whilst hubby and I stayed on for a lovely evening of fine dining, cocktails, beers, conversation and scrumptious food.

We happened to be here on the breakfast buffet which came along with our stay at the hotel Pan Pacific. Out of 3 days we were only able to have breakfast only one day because of our activity timings.

It is a grand huge place almost wooden paneled and wooden finish everywhere. Such huge place it gives a great feeling. So much and so many types of seating arrangements. A huge overhead wine/beverages cellar. I mean you will just be wow with the whole setting, decor and everything.

The breakfast spread was huge and it had almost everything we could want in buffets like this. Omelette was made on request and it was perfect as we wanted. The service was also good. Overall quality of food also great. Cleanliness also upto the mark. Good helping and listening staff. Nonetheless we had a good time. We had an enjoyable breakfast and coffee time here.

A Sunday night just after 9pm, we walked in hoping to sit down have some drinks and food after a show at the Melbourne Convention Centre. There were 3 staff roaming the floor in addition to 1 at the bar, no one at the front desk. Staff on floor saw us queued at the door with two other couples waiting to be seated and not one offered to assist or apologise for the wait, advised they wont be long or anything. After waiting 10 mins, we walked out as well as two other couples, leaving another couple who had just arrived waiting. All three staff on the floor were fluffing around, shuffling menus and reserved signs rather than assisting. Restaurant was only quarter full, so were not at capacity and staffed enough to cater more than the number of guests seated.

Really pleased with the excellent service and atmosphere. Jessica was a breath of fresh air with her sincere attention to to us while being extremely likable. Very classy, clean and beautiful place to end our journey here in Melbourne.

Food was probably hit or miss, especially porchetta the pork skin are not crispy that is brutally weird, the rest are doing alright, wines are doing alright, services are alright, environment are great, overall I’d say it is alright to dine in.

Good atmosphere and easy to find a spot to sit. Only negative would have been that the tables could have done with a wipedown. Good selection of back-bar spirits and an incredible wine bar/cellar above the bar.
