Every year we visit to pick up the next size of school uniform at Dobsons CS, and every year I am impressed by the lovely ladies who work here. They are always friendly, welcoming, smiling - and so helpful. Nothing is too hard. Absolutely beautiful people. Thank you x

Always excellent service here. My kids are in highschool now, and I have never had a bad experience in this store. The quality of the uniforms has always been great too.

I hate this place. First, we had to stand outside in the sun on a very hot day with a baby, because they only let in so many at a time. You can't just find what you need yourself, which I find annoying, I don't need my hand held to shop. You have to tell them what school etc before they show you to the very well marked areas, as though I can't read on my own. But perhaps I'm biased, I hate that a necessity, school uniform, is such a high price with no regard for the normal budget, and most of it doesn't suit my girls either. The shorts are made in such a way she had a huge bulge of material at her front, and the back pulls in awkwardly. If she's not getting bullied already, she will be for her new $40 shorts.

I use to buy my daughters Williamstown high uniform great quality I thought.
Till I started buying my sons burnside primary uniform button fell of his shirts, string frayed on sport shorts wholes on the knee section of pants never had theses problem on any of my sons pants before
Very poor quality

The blonde frumpy woman in glasses is exceptionally rude.
Poor communication had trouble 2 years in a row with staff not being clear in communication.
I just left the store it 100% the right place. She wasn't a natural blonde she had a lot of regrowth.
She was short and rude it would be helpful if you staff wore name tags.
When I said I was writing the review in store because of her attitude she yelled across the floor infront of other customers telling me to grow up and I was childish. Is this customer service?

Today we came in to get our child uniform for year 10 at Lake View College. The place was very busy but every single staff member was smiling and made everyone feel so welcome. We we’re extremely fortunate and had an amazing staff member, Paris, serve my child and I. Paris was amazing didn’t assume gender and the way she used her pronouns was amazing which put my child at ease immediately and felt so much more comfortable. That incredibleness aside, nothing was an issue for Paris and she could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Many retail people could take a leaf out of Paris’s book. What an asset to your business and to future employers. Thank you so much Paris, it may have been normal for you but meant a lot to us

One of the ladies at Dodson's has remembered our daughter from preschool. Every year we go back to get uniform she always remembers the first time she seen our daughter. Always professional, welcoming and interactive with their clients.

What wonderful ladies we had assisting us in selecting new school uniforms! Their friendliness, courtesy and professionalism was warm and welcoming. Thank you for taking the time and care with my daughter.

We went this morning & were served by the Store Manager I think her name was Ashanti, I would like to thank her very much for the wonderful help with my Girls new Uniforms. She was very helpful, polite & knowledgeable, we left the store very happy my Girls enjoyed their experience in the Store. We will definitely be happy to return to this Store to buy more Uniforms.

Olia & Mel were fantastic! They were very kind & helpful - especially since they kept the shop open for us as we were stuck in heavy traffic. They were also very knowledgeable about some sizing & made my daughter feel comfortable when trying items on- thank you ladies!

There is a difference between asking to write a review and feeling like your being pressured into writing one. Everytime i go into the store, the manager olia always asks me to write one. Its getting to the point that its becoming quite annoying and it feels very confronting. Other than this, the store is very neat and the other staff members give exceptional customer service.

I went there earlier today, and the service from staff was unmatched. The lady who helped us (Melissa) was very kind and considerate, and you can really tell that Dobsons chooses their staff well, and her knowledge of sizing was on point, clearly from experience.
I was astounded at the helpfulness and generosity she showed during my time there.

All i can say is WOW! I have had a couple of dealings with this store and each and every time, no matter who I dealt with, the customer service was nothing short of AMAZING. The team at this store are so helpful and go above and beyond to assist. I have dealt with the store manager, head office and various team members and have has nothing but an amazing experience every time.
