I have attempted to contact Dobson’s twice previously about the poor quality of some of the products we bought at the start of the school year.
Both of my emails have been completely ignored and I am left feeling very frustrated. The customer service from Dobson’s is severely lacking.
I will not be a returning customer.

One of two stores I visit regularly for Marcellin uniforms. The Balwyn one has different stock to Hawthorne so best to ring and check first. For instance sports uniforms is only Balwyn. Hawthorn is larger and is open longer hours. But Balwyn has easier parking on the weekends.

Great service provided for the fitting and purchase of school uniforms- very efficient and helpful.

Second time I’ve called to get school clothes and they’ve said they have it in stock but when I go they don’t have it. Such little school uniform stock here. Go elsewhere

The employees here are really nice and helpful and the clothing qualities are absolutely amazing and definitely worth the price.

The school uniform fabric is terrible. Really poor quality and after only a few wears and washing the items carefully & following the fabric care labels it pills and looks so old already. Other kids at school who bought their uniform from Dobson’s recently all look like that too. I won’t be buying from there again.

Really helpful for parents- sales assistant provided very useful advice on which uniform items to purchase and was very good with fittings

Great range helpful staff. The lady who helped me, Zeffarniah, picked out my size as soon as I walked in. Extremely helpful.

Great prompt service. My son is changing schools and we needed full school uniform and we in and out very quickly. Staff know what we needed and where the stock was, and happy to give us good advise re sizing. Highly recommend.

The employes were extremely kind and willing to help us with anything when i was hopping for my kids school clothes. They notified me of deals and promotions coming up as well.highly reccomend going there.

The workers in this store are so incredibly unintelligent.they don't know what is stocked and have poor customer service skills.:)
