10Ordered food from Do 1 Thing from Ubereats and it was just delicious. The beef brisket was oh so tender and just fell off the bone and the homemade salted caramel ice cream was magnificently smooth. Will definitely order again as it was delivered in under 20 mins
BEYOND GROSS. Shocking meal, cold, soggy and void of any flavour. Went into the venue to return the food which is housed within another venue under a different name. Looks like a hoax! Zero accountability taken, told to contact Deliveroo. Also missing gelato is stated in order. When questioned told "I don't know what gelato is".
Cancels order. No call. No dinner! Jerks. I think the expression is "Do one thing and do it well. " They don't. I recommended Major Toms a Burger Junkie in East Malvern.
The customer service was beyond disgraceful. We order the brisket which clearly stated pomme puree (mash), the fish (2 pieces). When the order was received we got one piece of fish and salad. We called 3 times and left a voicemail to let them know our order was wrong. The man went straight into telling me how that is now what you get with the brisket you get salad even though it say puree, you get one piece of fish instead of two.when I FINALLY got him to stop talking I was livid with the attitude and arrogance he attacked me, after demanding his name he then said I was blackmailing him and refused to provide it and hang up on me.

Horrible! Ordered online and wrote dietary restrictions these were ignored. Shocking customer service. When asked for a refund as the food was not eaten was told to get over it as it wasn't thousand of dollars. Would never eat there again. Food restrictions were not taken seriously. Being 2016 they should take customers food requests seriously. They should be shut down. Never been treated so poorly before. Giving them 1 star is being generous - 0 wasn't an option
WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. First of all, let me just explain to you the irony of the name "do 1 thing" since they do two things and they suck at both of them. I rocked up trying to get take away and "do 1 thing" isn't even a place, it's just the a weird second menu to "The Cafe Via" which took me 30 minutes of looking for "do 1 thing" to figure out. First I was told I would have to look online at the menu for "do 1 thing" as they don't actually have it printed anywhere. Then I was told after trying to order that I'd also have to order through menu log and set it to be picked up. After spending another 30 minutes on menu log ordering and re starting and trying to figure out how to make it set to pick up, I asked our server why I didn't have the option in the app. She then informed me there was nothing they could do and no way they could charge me or get the food to me even if I ordered through menu log and paid the delivery fee. I literally left the restaurant and screamed into the night because I was so frustrated. Never got to find out if the food was good but based on the amount of stupidity there is floating around in that establishment, I seriously doubt their ability to do ANYTHING correctly.
*small edit* the waitress we had was lovely and sweet. It's the owners and management that needs to get it together.
Loved the Rocky Balboa Burger and the Pork Ribs (Half a kilo of heavenly goodness). Also, their homemade ice creams are very nice as well.
Have ordered from here on multiple occasions and have always found the burgers to be just perfect. The pulled pork and double wagyu are my favorites, cooked to perfection with great flavors from their sauces. Great to have a local American option for delivery
Found them through a friend's recommendation and have been raving since. The shakes are awesome and the loaded nachos are the perfect midnight snack! Will definitely recommend to everyone
