My usual hairdresser was closed and I needed a Saturday styling appointment - tough to find! Thankfully got one at DMH and it was a great experience. Isaac gave a wonderful head massage during washing and was gentle during the blow wave of my long hair. I was delighted with the end result, my hair looked and felt lighter and had a really nice sheen to it (thanks to the peppermint shampoo!). It lasted well through a long dance gig - it didn't go lank or frizzy and I was really happy with it.

What elevated the whole appointment from 'good hairdressing' to 'really great experience! ' though was Isaac's conversational skills. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him, he was very relatable and made a real effort to engage with me. I was surprised to discover when I went to pay that he was an apprentice, because his professionalism was what I'd expect of a senior stylist. Thank you Isaac - I've already booked another appointment with you for my next gig.

I had the opportunity to visit DMH during my visit to Albury. Despite a last minute booking, the team were very accommodating. I got the pleasure of meeting Isaac who styled my hair. Very professional, engaging and understood what I wanted and gave a few tips on styling! Definitely recommend this place!

I got my hair colour in Feb from here paid $350 as it was with highlights as well after my head wash a week no later my hair fall has increased and hair is totally rough then I have to visit another hairdresser who told me that even my highlights are not symmetrical and bleach is used. First I thought of not saying anything as I got it done in Feb but after so many thoughts I thought I should put a review

Good genuine service. Great range of products and honestly the best cup of tea while your getting your hair cut and coloured. I love that I can go to a hairdresser and talk their ears off or be completely silent throughout and they make you feel comfortable either way.

I have been going to their barbershop (it’s at the back of the shop) for skin or normal fading male haircut for more than a year now. My hair is thick (Asian hair) and ‘stubborn’ with cowlicks, but Charlie knows how to handle them, and he always makes me feel and look fresh when I walk out of the door.

I have received a few compliments for my haircuts and people have been asking about this barbershop.

Make sure you call and book an appointment a few days in advance especially if you want Charlie to be your barber.

I visited DMH and had my hair done by Ruby. She was awesome and did an incredible job of my hair.
I have blonde, fine and curly hair which had never been dyed before. I was worried it would come out damaged but my hair has never felt healthier.
Ruby dyed, cut and styled my hair beautifully whilst maintaining a very relaxing environment. They were able to give me product recommendations and weren’t pushy at all.
I can definitely recommend getting your hair done at this salon.

I was in town for a wedding so I was in need of a salon. DMH fit me in on a busy weekend at relatively short notice.

From the minute I arrived, the staff were wonderful. They got me seated and offered a delicious coffee while I waited.

Destiny was my hairstylist. She listened to what I wanted and delivered perfection. The finished product was exactly what I wanted and she made sure it stayed in place for the whole day.

I highly recommend DMH and Destiny.

Bad Bad Bad

Was searching the internet for a hairdresser in Wodonga. I saw DMH and went into their facebook page. There was a post which had only just been added, stating an appointment was available Tues 17th Aug at 8am for 1/2 head of foils and cut or balayage and cut, which was exactly what I was looking for. I phoned straight away and left a message regarding what I was calling about and left my mobile number. No one returned my call. Later that day I went back onto their fb page and left a comment on the post stating I had phoned but no response. The post was later deleted by someone. Thanks for the courtesy call. Great Customer Service. Not.

Every 6-8wks, since 2015, I have had an appointment at DMH. The staff are always friendly & listen to what I would like. They also have great ideas if I want to change things up.
I am a huge advocate of community & youth support. I love the fact that they encourage local growth in the industry by employing apprentices. It appears like a little shop from the front but there is so much more. They have grown from strength to strength as they now have a coffee shop, beauty room, barber shop, masseuse, sauna, teeth whitening, product shop & an awesome treatment room.

The girls at DMH have always been amazing and easy going! Not to mention, they do such an amazing job with my hair. It’s very hard to find hairdressers who can work with thick black hair but all the girls I’ve had, they’ve always done a great job! And if there’s been something I’ve wanted to change, there is never any fuss or hassle! So you never have to worry about them rushing you like other places do. Rachel is also the loveliest manager! I always make sure to recommend all my friends and family who are looking for a hairdresser to DMH. If you’re wondering whether you should book or not, you’ll totally regret not giving the highly educated team a go!

My appointments at DMH are always something I look forward to! An absolute treat! The team are professional and true experts of their trade. I've been visiting the salon for over a year now and could not be happier with the cuts and colours I've received as well as expert advice and product guidance to help my hair look and feel it's absolute best! Rachael currently looks after my cuts and colours but I've had nothing but positive experiences from all of the team at DMH. The salon also now has a retail space and online store with professional products to suit all your needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for colours of all shades, hair of all types and condition or anyone simply looking for advice! You will not be disappointed!
