First time chatting with this GP, had a Telehealth appointment which was received
later than scheduled.l half expected this, so wasn’t overly concerned.
Doctor was informative and corrected me on my misuse of a medical condition.l did appreciate this. Learnt something.
Overall a great service!

I visited Dr Ebrahim for the first time today and am very impressed with his thoroughness at diagnosing what I was suffering from, the way he safely prescribed medication inquiring about other meds I am using and the desire for me to have release from the undesirable symptoms I am experiencing - thank you

Terrible reception. Lady at the front desk is awful, never helpful. She’s just so heartless. Surprising how she’s been there for more than 2 years now

My name is Benny and I have been visiting Dr Chin for 5 years for my severe psoriasis which I have been suffering from for 30 years. I have tried several different treatments over the years and none have worked! I was suffering from depression and bad itching and scratching. Dr Chin put me on a different treatment which thank God it has worked and has changed my life! I highly recommend anyone with psoriasis to visit Dr Chin!

Saw Dr Ibrabim, been family Dr.for years, appointment was easy and on time, great service, quick, efficient as usual.

I have been seeing Dr. Ebrahim el Husseini for almost 8 years and I can confidently say that he is the best GP I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Not only has he provided outstanding medical care for me, but he has also gone above and beyond in caring for my three kids, aged 11,6, and 3.
Dr. Ebrahim approach to medicine is both professional and compassionate. He takes the time to listen attentively to my concerns and provides clear explanations for any medical issues. I've always felt comfortable discussing my health concerns with -ensuring that all our questions are answered.

Aside from his excellent manner, Dr. Ebrahim stays up-to-date with the latest medical research and treatments. He has always provided accurate diagnoses and treatment plans, which have resulted in positive outcomes for both me and my children.

When I booked my child's appointment, I was informed that there would be a $15 fee, after the appointment that was less than 60 seconds duration, I was charged nearly $55. Receptionists are rude, you don't get a receipt of payment, which you should get when you have our of pocket expenses.

Professional team, great patient care, prompt response to my request. Can’t recommend high enough

Cannot recommend highly enough, Dr Ebrahim Hosseini is a caring, dedicated doctor he is my doctor my mums doctor and my sons doctor. He is the best

Easy to book for an appointment. Located inside a pharmacy which is convenient if you need to buy medicines. Dr Maya has been really patience dealing with my 2 year old.

The front of office reception staff are amazing. Thank you for doing a great job.
Also impressed with Dr H. He is thorough and takes the time to run through things with you.

Dr Maya Hartono is great doctor who cares for her patients. Very Friendly and will look after you and also friendly reception staff.would recommend this service.

I’ve been going to this clinic for the past 2 years and my GP Dr Fariha Irshad always provides me with a great service. She is very sincere and I always leave the clinic very satisfied. I recommend seeing her if you want a doctor who cares for your well-being.

Excellent Clinic, reception staff are lovely and very friendly. The Doctors are brilliant, very thorough and accommodating.

Just wanna share my experience with Dr. Fariha Irshad. She is without a doubt a great professional and a humble person. Her caring nature towards her patients is really AWESOME

Dr Hosseini is the Rudest Dictatorial Doctor I have struck. I went there with a shoulder problem he blew a fuse cos he didn't have my medical history something I never been asked for before. So I asked him to check my Blood pressure he refused.
This person should change their occupation

Appalling customer service by one of the receptionists. No care factor and no empathy at all. Not sure how you get these reception jobs with no customer service. I'm sure there is someone else in need of a job who can better talk to people. Got off the phone feeling sad. 1 star is too good.

Dr Fariha Irshad. Was extremely rude didn't listen to me or my partner only had her own interests in mind, and was judgemental and closed minded.
