DJI Store - The Glen (Melbourne)

Best service ever pretty much got a master-class from the Lads. They were amazing and made it comfortable for me to purchase my new DJI

Terrance looked after me at the glen store today. Although, it was not his usual store to work in he was so helpful and knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend him when purchasing a drone. Customer service 10/10.

I contacted DJI Stores AU on Facebook messenger to get information on the drone I was looking at because of the covid 19 situation I wanted to make sure that the one I was looking for was there. I was informed that it was in stock but might be gone by the time I got there, unfortunately it was but because of he awesome staff there I was able to get a brand new drone at a discount. The staff are looking to help you get what you want/need and are happy to help with your needs and are great at communixating with you. They have a great understanding of the product and communicate that to the customer well. Will be back soon!

I bought my mavic pro 2 nearly 6 month ago and learñ more in one night session than all the past time.the staff was amazing and would recommend anyone having a mavic or smart controller to attend. Thanks everyone at the Glen shop.very professional.

Went for Mini Mavic and end up buying Mavic 2 zoom. Damm Thomas.spent $1500 over my budget.but excellent service by Thomas who was very knowledgeable.good on him for answering my noob’s question.well done.

I’ve owned a DJI drone for years. I started with a Flamewheel 550. I have had a Mavic 2 Pro since July 2019. The Mavic 2 is amazing.

I also hold a Remote Pilot Licence

I arrived at the DJI Store at The Glen to find they were running a session on the features of the consumer drones. It opened my eyes to new things I could try with my Mavic 2.

These sessions are excellent. Well done guys. I am looking forward to attending more of these in store sessions

Honestly, you get the best deal and best service here period. It is well worth your time to travel and visit.

Great store, the passion the staff show for the products really shines through, highly knowledgeable and experienced with the ability to introduce beginners to drone products. So much better than shopping on line, reminded me of the reasons why we still need stores. Tops
