Horrible nails, i got my nails a day ago and 2 have already snapped off, i asked for plain white on some nails and she gave me a cream colour, and the other nails i had french tip the shaping was so off they looked like duck feet.when i asked for an initial she was getting mad at me and laughing when i wanted it thinner, as i was in there another lady came in and all her nails were chipped in one day.i also booked for 1: 30 and they didn’t start the nails till 2.not to mention they also charged me a ridiculous price.

My nails look so amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better job. The service is amazing. Thank you so much.

Went to this place on 2nd September for SNS beside the colour being nice (that's why it got one star) the sides of my nails were missed and the last 2 days my nails have cracked never had this before

My nails are so uneven and the french tip they did on me is horrible. I cant believe that this place is still in business the girl who did my nails did a disgusting job my nails are already cracking and they are all thick and blotchy i cant even begin to explain how bad the french tip is they aren’t even curved it’s basically a straight line across my nail and the design of a heart is such a simple design to do yet she still managed to mess it up, if you ever want to get your nails done do not come here please i am rescuing you from this place. Half of the nails are crooked and one is thicker than the other i don’t understand how someone can mess up this badly honestly never come here this place makes me sick.

Mai always accommodates for anyone, even when she is so busy. Nothing is an issue. She even remembers her clients especially when they haven't even there for a while. Today she really help me out by fixing up a bad nail job I got done elsewhere. Highly recommend

I went in for a manicure (remove SNS) and Shellac, including a pedicure. The pedicure was done well, however the person who did the manicure did a terrible job! It looked like a toddler had cut my nails; badly shaped and didn’t bother taking off the existing SNS properly. She assumed that I had come in to just remove my SNS and no colour. So she was happy for a customer to walk out with chipped nails and stains from my previous SNS? Another person had to clean up my nails afterwards. To top it all off $70 for the terrible job they did! What a rip off and zero apology. Poor customer service.

The lady who did my SNS was very rough and was rushing to get it done as fast as possible. She cut me and didn't even apologise. I had to tell her to disinfect it as she just ignored it. Giving it a 2 star instead of 1 as the lady who did my pedicure was gentle and very nice.

This is honestly the best place to get your nails done. The service was amazing as my nails were done immediately yet look stunning! The workers are the nicest and most welcoming ones you’ll ever meet. I’m definitely coming back here!

So happy with my nails. I had sns on my fingernails by Mi, she was amazing I'm so happy with how my nails turned out. Perfect shape and so happy with the style. I also had a pedicure and shellac on my toes done by phuong and it's amazing. So happy with how she did my toes. They look so pretty.

I had my nails done here and it was terrible. The sns started chipping and cracking after only five days of having them done.

The colour I selected was not what I got as well.

I have gone to this salon for year and recently the quality is gone down
