UNHELPFUL. RUDE. DISMISSIVE.
DJ city boys club were absolutely no help at all and told me that the product I was after ‘couldn’t exist’, then recommended me something that did not fit my needs that was VERY EXPENSIVE.
Well, DJ city, the guys at Manic Music 15min down the road had it and they were kind, helpful, well priced and let me test it on the spot. Go to Manic Music. Don’t bother with commission grabbing staff at DJ City.

Don't waste your time there. I was waiting for my turn for assistance. The staff friend came along and jump the queue. The staff ignored.me waiting! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I spent more than $4,000 there last year! PLEASE DJ CITY DON'T BOTHER APOLOGISING. YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!

Staff go out of their way to help and advise are friendly and prices are pretty competitive too. Lots of variety of products to choose from. I love DJ City. I've been a customer for over 10 years now and will be forever. Thanks guys

I purchased an item from them then second day I returned it because it was faulty, I talked with manager he said you will get the refund into your account after 2 days. I waited one week but didn’t get the refund yet. I went to the store, I talked with them they said you don’t say the truth because we are on our staff side.
So, I don’t recommend anyone to deal with them because they cheat every one or you have to be careful don’t trust on them or what they said.

They have a very friendly staff, good stock of speakers at a reasonable price. Very happy with my purchase

Better of using mail order from the US

Order a DJ Light System online, went to collect it, and while I was there, i was looking for fog machine, some audio cables and another dj light system The service I received was amazing to the point of demonstrating how everything worked, so I decided to purchase everything on the spot!

Just some honest feedback.

Is really lazy and just poor customer service guys.the item did arrive after travelling MEL > SYD > ADE > SYD after 15 days. Please do better next time.

Sam in the customer support team was fantastic! He was patient and super responsive to questions and providing options. For someone like me that isn't super savvy on the products Sam was awesome!

I'm not sure if they are still operating but they won't pick phone call. I've been trying to get them for over a week.

To be honest one of the best service ever, weather you are getting a $5 cable or $1000+ system the lads here will give you the best advise and get you sorted.

I bought a Rode lavalisr microphone, as they said i believed that microphone can directly plug in to the laptop, but it didn't work, this mic needed an adapter to plugin. After a month I bought the rode mic, its still in my drawer unable to start unable to get it working, I wish they had given me correct information.
