Very disappointed in service. Went to store for a guitar, on Tuesday, which apparently had 1 in stock. This could not be located. Ordered 1 in from another store. Received phone call to say it was in. This could not be located when I went to collect it. An offer to order it in again was frustrating as it was to be a birthday present for my grandson's birthday tomorrow. Do not wish to drive all around Melbourne for a similar outcome. A total waste of my day

Bought a electric guitar and there was a discount for it. Staff was very helpful and patient when I had issue placing an order online. Hold the line and guide me thru the purchase over the phone and charge to credit card. Yet to test the guitar.

Cold hearted customer service. No smiles and seemed quick to just get me out the door. I'd try another DJ City before you come here, or better off, don't shop here full stop. Not happy.

Went in last night to get a cable for my partner, guy at the counter was very welcoming and extremely helpful, I was super nervous because I had no idea what I was looking for and couldn't be more greatful!

First time visiting the store and I was very happy with the service. I went in to buy a pair of studio monitors and received great service and advice. I learnt the history of the product and the other items I would require to get the best result. The staff even looked up my existing gear to ensure I was ready to go.

Can not praise the guys at DJ City (Ringwood) enough for all their assistance.
Price alone is not the only reason for this 5 star review (though they did provide me with my gear cheaper than anywhere else). This review is about their follow up support.
I was having some problems with an item I had purchased (not with the item itself but how I was using it), and they took the time to walk through every possibility with me to resolve the issue.
Most places now days are quick to take your money but are very slow to provide any ongoing support - if any at all.
Thank you Nick and Co.at DJ City Ringwood - your actions have ensured that I wont ever shop anywhere else again for my audio gear.

Be careful who serves you, one of the guys here doesn't do his job properly. Wish I got his name, he barely listened to what I was describing and proceeded to sell me the wrong item.

I went in looking for specific audio gear and honestly was blown away with how much stuff they had, was quick painless and amazing. Even during the covid 19 times they had hand sanitizer and plenty of space to social distance.

They have good quality audio products for establishments of all sizes from the single person operated mixer all the way through to large setups.

The best part is if you have the money in hand you can walk out with the product right then and there rather than have to wait for it to be posted from some place across the country

DJ City in general are really bad at answering their phone. I returned something under warranty nearly a month ago to the Ringwood store in which i was told that it would only take a few days.
2 weeks later i tried to call and every time i tried they wouldn't answer, some times it would take me calling and calling over a couple of days just to catch them at the right time and actually answer the phone.

I have been a customer of DJ City for a long time and this is not the first time i have struggled to get through to them.

This is f#*king terrible customer service

One star for lazy phone service, never can get through only after 5 attempts 10 mins apart lol and they have had my speaker out on repair under warranty for nearly 5 months I got it back after 2 months and they did nothing to it so they sent it back and now it anouther 2 months later

Maybe it's just the pandemic but their customer service is not answering emails or picking up the phone. Really disappointing

Never pick the phone on any store i try Richmond and ringwood. My proxuct is faulty bought one day before and now need to confirm the stock availability but they not pick phone. Tried both stores 10 to 15 time to call.

Do not buy online, their online store is useless, no items, no responses, checkout their recent ebay feedback its vile. Never received my item, would not respond to anything, Ebay had same issue so money refunded.never again online or in store.
