Kalyanee went out of her way to help solve a lost payment issue which turned to be my fault.

The team have been amazing. We recently changed Body Corporates and I had an outstanding issue that the previous company ignored. Dixon Kestle took the time to review all of the information and resolve me issue, even though it happened before their time. They kept me up to date and informed. I really appreciate all the help and support provided by Jen Jen and Kalyanee

Thanks for your reply. I reviewed this place for one star as the condition reports with deterioration facts or damage were not shared with the owner up to date. I wonder how was the quality and process of property management being reviewed at your agency. I hope this fits into the Agreement Act 1997.

On 15 Jun. 2023 at 0910am. I entered this agency that was empty, smiled an introduced my self to the person on the desk.

-Hi my name is George. I'm here to collect a key that "N" your colleague left for me-

Jane, The person at the office desk replayed in an unfriendly way at he same time that she opened her arms wide "who are you, a trades person or what? "
-Yes I'm in charge of maintenance and was told that can collect a key under my name, left by "N", agent from this office-
She replied "we have many keys, let me see"
Jane handed me an envelope with me name and the agent's name "N" written on it.
Folks, make your self a favor and avoid giving your business to an agency that treats people the way described.

Eva Alexiadis has provided a terrible experience, hence we will definitely not consider engaging a service with Dixon Kestles in the future.
The discussion with Eva has been out of all reason and with an impolite attitude, her comments have been pushy which makes us feel uncomfortable. The language being used is much like an command instead of discussion, we felt verbally abused.
Considering the nature of the company being client-facing service driven, we highly recommend Dixon Kestles to provide better customer-service trainings to the staffs in order to build goodwill in the general public.

Eva Alexiadis has a tough and bad work attitude, doesn't negotiate with people, I don't think she is suitable for Residential Portfolia Manager

Amazing experience. Nadia has been incredible to work with. Literally I have had no worries. I searched for many companies and I am so glad I chose this place and Nadia. I find Maree to be outstanding and has an amazing understanding of my situation.
She has saved me a lot anguish as she has all the answers.

Me and my partner are currently a tenant of a property managed by Dixon Kestles. We are involved in a conflict with an owner of another apartment, who has verbally abused me and my partner.

The property manager has no concern for the verbal abuse, only suggesting that me and my partner be evicted.

Additionally, they repeatedly ignored requests about building lighting, that was non-functional for over 8 months, and refuse to fix a broken communal fire alarm system to this day.

Linda has been managing my property for over 12 months now, and Dixon Kestles for roughly the past 10. I am very satisfied with the service I get from Dixon Kestles, and also very grateful for the work Linda has put into getting the apartment occupied in a difficult market. Despite the difficulties Linda has been able to get prospective tenants through, and vetted the applications to find a tenant who will get good use out of the property + take good care of it.

Other observations are:
- Any issues that Arise within property are raised and attended to promptly
- Prompt follow up with OC issues
- Always pleasant to speak to and provides succinct feedback.

Eva was great at giving us the right advise. She is a friendly, professional and experienced property manager!

Linda is a great communicator; she is always quick to respond and get things done! From my perspective as a tennant, Linda is the person you want managing the property.

Two weeks ago, a stranger dog peed on the hallway which’s outside my door. Then i reported the body corp about this issue. Luisa get back to me and mentioned the caretakers will be taken care about this matters. You guys know how dangerous is pet’s pee can be and how it could be affecting on one’s health.

A week later nothing happened. I literally emailed Luisa who’s manager - owners corporation so often about this issue. Day by day, I was expecting someone is coming for carpet cleaning but nope. The caretakers only spray sanitiser on it and no serious treatment done at all. Pee stain and odour till today. Nothing done no resolve for this crucial matters. Utterly disappointed and disgusted by this.
