Over the relatively short time I’ve been working through Dixon Appointments I’ve appreciated the professionalism, knowledge and friendly approach of the people in the office, including the warm welcome from Angela in Reception. Recruitment staff Demi, Jess and Sarah are available on the phone or via email to answer any questions re new or ongoing assignments, while Amita takes care of payroll-related queries – and if they can’t answer a question at the time, they’ll respond with the information soon after. Interesting roles in education from a reliable and responsive team.

I got a job through them and it’s just awesome. They think about your requirements and suggest you a suitable job.

Terrible service. They messed up my pay for 3 weeks straight, and even after multiple calls and emails nothing was done about it. Dixon always made promises made to call me back, but all I got was silence. Only after threatening to contact Fairwork did they pay me, but even then they made another mistake by giving me two different payslips for a single week, which caused me to get taxed more on them. I would not recommend anyone use Dixon’s services!
