Fantastic staff especially when receiving good parcel, they offer help with making calls on your behalf from utilities account to even tax refund. And refer to other services if they can not accommodate.

PATHETIC sums it up all in one!
I been trying to get in touch via phone and emails
for over a week now and all i got was one email
reply telling me to call them. Well answer your dam
phones then! A person could die of starvation by the
time you help!

Fantastic staff well 85% especially one of the staff members will again ask name and post in future, the students nurses and counsellors who work volunteers are the best, great customer service, mind you they are all under 25 they have more empathy treat you like human, where as permanent staff certain ones actually count and watch as you get the "free" vegetables, maybe we'll I over heard them speak they take home themselves, disgusting behaviour especially when I was homeless sleeping in my car, and they count my 4 apples, yet they take but yet are not the needy, manager should actually start putting cameras in compound I know I will be reporting.very much a shame about that.but the organisation it self and other staff are excellent
