A really calming and enjoyable experience. I found it to be really enjoyable and felt significantly less anxious after my session with Laura and would definitely go again for another session! 10/10 comfort and just a really peaceful and relaxing environment!

Worked really intently through managing anxiety, especially anxious attachment within a relationship and navigating ways to reconnect inwards. Laura walks you through a really manageable way to visualise how to feel more in control and aware of your thoughts. I felt like Laura really made the effort to get to know me and commit to wanting to help me feel less anxious and better about things in my life, and I felt like she was genuinely invested in the things I was saying.
