Discovery Childcare and Education - Ringwood

My husband and I love Topkids Childcare so much. And we cannot express how much we appreciate them tailored their Childcare service to our two children. We trust them just like we were trust our own family to look after our children.

Our first born started attending three-year-old kindergarten/Childcare in January, he had really bad separation anxiety. But all of educators (Charmaine, May, Wendy, Bree, Chitra, Georgina, Jas and Stacey, sorry if I missed some names due to sleep deprivation) were all so patient with him, gave lots and lots of hugs and cuddles to calm him down until he settles. All of the educators knows all of the children’s name, and pays attention to their mood and social interaction with other kids and are always so friendly to everyone and communicates very well to us.

Every day they sent photos of our kids and record of their daily food intake, sunscreen application, and activities our children has done. (I record our own children’s food intake and sleep time at home but Topkids/Discovery has more records and done better job than me as a mother). My son and us always look at the photos at dinner time we talk about the day he has in kindergarten, looking at the photos and having the conversation of his day means a lot to us, it’s one of our most important time in the day, so I really appreciate the educators putting a lot of effort taking a photo and writing down day activities.

All of the management team and the educators have put so much effort into providing nutritious meal (which is also designed by dietician) as well as setting up activities for the children in Childcare every day. They just keep exceeding our expectation, I would highly recommend any parents to send the kids to Topkids!

My daughter has been studying here for 2 years. She started school from 10 months old. The education here is amazing, everything is arranged and taught so wonderful. I see it when my child comes home and shows me what is learned at school. All the information is updated every day and specifically via email. I have not lost any part of my child's program. Above all, all the staff here are amazing. Everyone knows my daughter's name, call it, and she is glad to see them. I know my daughter was so happy to come here and had a great day at school. I am very grateful to all the staff here and so reassured about her.

Really appreciated all the staff members here at TopKids. All so welcoming when attending the centre. Plenty of activities for the children to enjoy. The centre also caters for all dietary requirements.

Ahhh where do I start. We love Top Kids!

I had my child in the service before he turned 1.
We moved to TK from another centre because the communication was lacking and I felt judged as a first-time mum/carer from the previous one.

My child has a physical disability but the team never made us feel that we were being difficult. They even constantly sought for our feedback and requests.

They supported my son and my family so well in transitioning him into care. We received daily photos which was very reassuring. Honestly, I know almost all the educators and they are very caring towards our boy. We are greeted every time we were there. We love that he was involved in a lot of stimulating experiences and that the centre invests in quality resources. There were also lots of event celebrations, incursions and excursions throughout the year.

I honestly could go on and on about them. Even my son’s regular allied health team speaks so highly of Top Kids.

Tamarra, Stacey, the owners and the wonderful hardworking educators, thank you so so so much for everything that you have done for Sammy! This is what it feels like to be welcomed, seen and supported. You were advocates to Sammy and his needs. We are eternally grateful for all the love and support. We hope to see you around:)

TOP KIDS CHILDCARE, has been absloutley amazing and accommodating for myself and 2 children, the educators are Kind, Caring and passionate and take the utmost pride in providing for my children.
I dont hesitate to suggest this centre to friends and family seeking out childcare facilities.
And I will continue to recommend them long after my children leave.

Very dirty place! NEVER ENROLMENT HERE.and director and room leader really rude to parents.

This is the best and very underrated childcare so far compared to other childcare I went to in so many different perspectives. I have entrusted my kids for more than 3 years in the hands of extra ordinary educators and centre management TopKids have and I am extremely happy with the results.

All educators went above and beyond, they were so passionate and so dedicated in giving the best care for my kids. Not only very knowledgeable, experienced and awesome attitudes but would spend time to learn and build meaningful relationship with each kids and treat them like its their own! Importantly, extremely low educator turn over with educators exceeding 10 years tenure! I believe happy educators leads to happy kids.

The childcare managemeny is also very resourceful in their programs such as organising weekly sports, science experiments, show and tell, real farm animals, police and dentist visit and many other things. Kids activity report is sent on daily base so I can have meaningful conversation with my kids how did they go when picking them up. My kids are absolutely loving it, never ever bored and in fact really enjoyed their time to the point that they don’t want to go home when picked up.

I think most childcare management really need to learn a lot from TopKids and ask question how TopKids could consistently achieve exceeding NQS? It’s easily a 10 star from me.

My son attended Top Kids from approximately 5 months until 2 years old, we’ve just moved to another area and it’s been hard to find another centre that match’s it in quality - in both customer service and care. The educators and admin staff are all brilliant, I always felt so comfortable dropping my little boy off knowing they would care for him in exactly the way I would if he were home with me. He’s developed so many strong bonds and relationships it’s hard to say goodbye. We highly recommend Top Kids to any prospective parents!
