Been going to Joe for quite a while now and I wouldn't recommend any other Chiropractic around Melbourne.

For those who are looking to try a chiro I would recommend going here and paying for the consult and adjustment as they use the gongsted method.

You won't realise how mechanical the body is and how fast you can back to normal.

Dr Daniel is amazing at what he does. Helped me with a lot of my lower back issues that never seemed to go away prior to visiting. He knows exactly what to do when my back flares up

Highly recommend Discover chiropractic especially Dr Joe. I was suffering from lower bulged discs for months with sciatic pain down my leg. I tried other methods nothing really worked. I was recommended to see Joe and he fixed it within weeks! No more pain. I wish I went sooner. All the staff are super professional and friendly

I highly recommend Discover Chiropractic Centre. They take care with all patients (speaking from personal experience) they also take into consideration everyone's different circumstances. Staff (receptionist) are fantastic and they try their very best to fit you in when they can and accommodate to everyone's demands.

Disgustingly long wait times when you have an appointment. Around 2 hours the last two visits. Always running very late.

Daniel was very thorough and attentive. One session and I immediately felt a difference after weeks of pain.

Joe Bonanno is one of the most professional practitioners I have ever met. He was very patient and thorough with me when explaining my x-ray and what to expect from adjustments. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a chiropractor who cares about his patients - he has saved me from agonising back pain.

The receptionist was also very lovely and welcoming!

These guys will lure you in and then tell you you need to come there every week for god knows how long. The receptionist was pushy to make you come every week and you feel guilty for not coming.
The waiting room had me waiting there for an hour. They overbook. My back was fine but sitting on those uncomfortable chairs for an hour required me to have an adjustment - just for sitting on those chairs.
The only good thing that came out of it was that he told me he couldn't fix my scoliosis as it was part of my 'permanent structure' which was good because other joints were telling that it could be fixed.
The best way to fix your back - go to the gym and work the muscles in the back, glutes and hamstrings.

Joe wasn't very thorough. He didn't seem to listen/care about what I had to say about my injury. He was just interested in getting me in and out as quickly as possible.

They am almost going there from 3 months. My back pain is still same mo relief. For the first appointment they charged a lot. They said yes we accept the bupa card after that on the top they have charged me 100 dollar for x rays. If i do the same x rays from any radiology’s it would be free for me and after that they have also charged me 30 extra dollars for first time. They should tell these things before. But they tell after once they have done everything.

My family have been to Discover Chiropractic for the last 6 months. Have seen Dr Daniel Bozzo on almost all occasions and he is very efficient and helpful. He has always helped and explained what he is doing.all 3 chiropractors here are professional and very good at what they do.reception staff are friendly and pleasant though sometimes there could be a little wait as they are quite busy and know there stuff. We are pleased with them.

Joe is fantastic chiropractor and an even better person! He gives a 100% and goes above and beyond for all of his patient’s. I truely understand why there might be a bit of a wait to see Joe. This because he cares and wants to look after everyone, so for those who complain about the wait please show a bit more respect to a man who spends well over the 9 to 5 working hours so to speak and more importantly his valuable family time he gives up to take extra care and fit everyone in. Thanks Joe your a champion mate and a true master at your job!

Checked in 10 minutes prior to my appointment at no stage was I told of a delay. After waiting 45 I approached receptionist to ask how much longer my wait would be, I was THEN (AND ONLY THEN)! That Joseph was running over an hour behind.
This is extremely disrespectful and totally unprofessional, why could I have not been told when I first arrived? Your happy to take my money but cannot offer me the courtesy of communicating to me when there is a significant delay.

The receptionist was friendly and kind, Dr Joe was very nice, easy to talk too and did great job at treatment however at my first appointment I was told there would be a small wait. After that I received updates of what seemed like every 20mins stating “he won’t be much longer”, the end wait time was over an hour and half wait. Upon arrival to my second appointment, 1 week later, I asked the receptionist if there was a wait today, mentioning my previous experience which left a bad taste in my mouth. The receptionist let me know there maybe 30mins wait although she did not look confident AT ALL! Which was a good enough reason for me to canceled my appointment with Discover Chiropractor.

I maybe too sensitive however time is precious to me, I’d be ok with 20 or 30 min wait maybe.but NOT HOURS. This to me is disrespectful and shows a lack of value in the patient.
I have only seen 3 different chiros over the last 10 years however none conducted business like this, in fact if I ever required more time their policy was to book in for an extended appointment. They would also send a friendly sms IF they were running behind.
**side note: apparently they received a lot of emergency appointments which I believe is true due to the demographic of customers, this centre has been in business for many years.

Dr Thi is amazing, caring and very friendly. All the staff here are great and have the best customer service.

I want to say thank you to Chiro Joe Bennano he really knows his job absolutely amazing! I did exactly what you told me and it really did help. Anyone who needs help with nerve pain his the one you want to see, I had a c section and they hit my nerve he has taken extra care in making sure he helped me.

Excellent chiropractors. I had been having back pain and was unable to sleep well for a year. After my first session I was able to sleep well again and I'm well on the road to full recovery. Wonderful staff and my Chiropractor Dan is friendly and very knowledgable. Definitely recommend!

Not only has Dr. Daniel helped me become PAIN FREE, but he took the time to explain the reason why I was experiencing such issues.
