I’ve order a few kits from here and never had an issue, delivery was within reasonable time frames (Aus Post) and was informed when sent with tracking details. Recently inquired about some specific tools from Stahlwille that they didn’t have on website but were more than happy to chase up and gave me a quote,

If I could do 0 stars I would. Very disappointed in the service we have been provided or rather lack there of.

We ordered an item with the site saying it was in stock. Over the last 6 months we have tried following or order up with little to no response back. Now finally after such a long wait after informing us it is in stock and being dispatched they are now not covering the full freight, requesting an additional $130 for postage through their provided freight company even though the site offers free shipping when spending over $100 (our item $389). There are terms and conditions to free freight however not only were we not informed of extra freight fees involved at time of purchase (we have no idea on package size and weight, they do and should have provided information) there has been no apology on the delay and lack of communication. We have now wasted half the year waiting for an item to come that was apparently in stock at time of purchase that we now have to be refunded. Had we of been provided correct information we would have ordered elsewhere based on the time and now very increased price adding the freight on.

Very good company to deal with, if you have any problems with your purchase just get in contact with them and they will go above and beyond to rectify your problem.

Fantastic service at the start, but went downhill when there was a problem.
I ordered a table saw and stand on a bank holiday weekend and it was delivered to me in Perth on the following Monday, so within 7 days of the order acknowledgement. Great stuff! I wasn't expecting that.
I received emails thanking me for the order and keeping me up to date with the order progress. I even got a phone call from Border Express on the morning of the delivery to tell me when they would be here.
The packages arrived in perfect condition, well strapped up on a pallet.
Upon setting up the saw, I realised the top was poorly machined and had a number of sharp metal tabs sticking out across the front edge where the guide fence clamps on. I emailed photos to the company, who said they would contact Metabo and sort something out. It's now been over a week, I still don't know what's happening, and I'm no longer getting responses to my emails.

Purchased a drill and chuck, had a problem that needed to be fixed. It was done with great service and a quick turnaround from the courier. I will look there first before buying any more tools, this company gets an A1 for service from me.

Ordered a whipper snipper on 25th of August, recieved it 31st of August!
Whipper snipper was in original packaging and very securely taped! Gave my leatherman a run for it's money trying to cut through it.
