TERRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! Geoff had an appointment at my place in South Yarra on THUR @ 3PM to fix the cheap blinds that he had installed, as they had fallen from the ceiling and he never showed up! I called Geoff and he said the CBD was too far for him to collect keys from my real estate agent and had other jobs to do, and can't do the job till next week sometime. Seriously!? ! I had a missed call from him on THUR at 4.14PM but left no message. Good one mate!

Also when I first moved into my apartment I had no blinds, as it was a new build and my real estate agent had organised Dierct2U to install the blinds. I had to constantly call them and follow up for 6 weeks to finally get the blinds installed in my place. Absolutely baffles me why my agent IronFish keeps using you for jobs.

I have had numerous appointments with Geoff, I been to the display showroom and changed my mind on window dressing styles and fabric selections before finally selecting the window finishes and to go ahead with Direct2U Blinds. I have placed my order and I look forward to writing another review after the shutters and blinds have been installed.
I have rated 4 out of 5 for customer service at this stage and i will rate the blinds and installation when they arrive

Had plantation shutters installed and blinds. They are not happy unless u are. Geoff and his team care about customer satisfaction which seems rare in customer service today. Well done on a great job, very happy.

Terrible service
I got a quote from their shop about fitting blinds for a new townhouse in Mulgrave. I left them the time of inspection, phone number and name. No one contact me on the promised appointment date.
Very bad experience

Got shutters and roller blinds installed last week in our new house by Direct2U Blinds.
The rep is patient, we changed our minds on different types of blinds couple of times, and Geoff helped us sort this out.
Shutters and Blinds look great, they are exactly what we expected.

They installed the shutters for our new townhouse last week.
The shutters looks perfect in our new home.
