If I could give zero stars I would. This is an extremely toxic, hostile and incoherent bunch of depressed morons who try to push the sadness of their boring, pathetic lives onto people who are there to simply fulfil job search obligations to receive temporary financial relief throughout difficult times. The women who are paid to help me, Maddie and Vjosa instead project negativity and create a disrespectful and very hostile situation instead of simply doing their job properly. Awful and disgusting people. Highly recommend transferring job providers if you get given these clowns to deal with your personal affairs. They had awful dress-sense as well, which was an added eye-sore within the whole situation.

Rang up today and said they’d call me back, then they decided to cancel my payments literally a minute before office closing hours so I have to stress about it overnight until I can resolve it tomorrow.

Absolute mutts. ANY other provider is a better provider

2 weeks since the new service is released and still nothing. Its just a bunch of scammers working from coberg scamming people like all their numbers come up as fraud and new workforce system and they dont even try. Garbage

When i responds them, they never respond me.
I asked to get help to get a job. Or career counselling.
They have never answer me.
I have to put email, called so many time then I try hard to get a job and enrolled myself to study.
They force me to go to update.
Yes I told them I am successes enrolled. They force me to go face to face appointment immediately but I have to go trail my job. I plan to composing and transfer.
Don’t assign them they will rein your life.

I moved from Adelaide to Melbourne less than a week ago and was assigned to this JobFind. Ali and Daniel have gone above and beyond with assisting me with not only a job, but also any extra necessities I required to become employed. Can not recommend this site enough.

Job active has been out 2 weeks and they already behind and failing the system with the same stuff and the same neglect and failure to do their job. Why does this system even exist? I never in my life seen a single person ever get a job from my 17 years on job seeker

Be careful if you're assigned here, very hit and miss. Some agents engage in extremely unethical behaviour. Know your rights and request a transfer if they step out of line.

I did like Naomi, she was good. Not sure if she's still there or not but would recommend her, she's the only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of 1:)

Absolutely horrific behaviour from the woman at the counter. Very unnecessarily rude, abrupt and overall embarrassing.

The people inside the building were lovely though, very stark contrast.

I have a very satisfied result today. Naomi spent about 2 hours and exhausted her working time. From beginning to end, she patiently and meticulously taught me how to search for the job I want to find, and reminded me how to protect my private information. When applying for a job, she taught me as much as she knew to find my favorite job, and provided many successful cover letter templates for me. Her perfect service made me feel more confident to find a job and increase Expanded job opportunities. Thank you Naomi ️

It was my first interview here and I was very impressed with Natalie's professionalism, expertise and genuine enthusiasm. Everything I needed to know was clearly explained and my questions were answered fully. I was also impressed that a printer and a pc were available during business hours for my use if ever I needed them to help me look for work while I am with this agency! I am happy to be in such good hands.

They will lie to you! They will back stab you! They will put you in bad jobs with terrible hours with the most terrible and utter disgrace of communication! If i could give 0 stars i would and if you get referred to this job agency, I URGE YOU TO IMMEDIATELY CHANGE!

they will ruin you financially and mentally! They have put me in the most toughest position in my life and they told me they would help me after being suspended on their end and when i called today for help i was refused because i was not on there system!
CHANGE IMMEDIATELY!

They Haven't done anything for me in 7 months. Unfair staff, I was sick and had rang them up before hand that I would not make it to my appointment, and yet they were dishonest and told the Department of Human Services that I did not inform them that I was not going to make it to my appointment, they told DHS to suspended my payment.
