If I could give 0 I would. They cut my payments for "not attending" an appointment that I wasn't notified existed. I was diagnosed with cancer, told I can't drive after three tia strokes, yet still not enough for them. Not on the disability pension, because it's not "fully treated". All I've received is gaslighting. No wonder suicide is the leading cause of death for Australians under 45. Where is the support for those in need

The office just isnt the same in recent weeks, stinks of cigarette esp not good for ex smoker and is crazy wirh new stafd no experience in there. Not sure wht happnd but old staff need to come back.

My worker Turkan was great, once I'd organised my employment the level of support and professionalism was awesome and done in super quick time. Muchly appreciated and looking forward to the continued support in my new employment opportunity.

I dealt with Brittany who was encouraging, supportive and helped bolster my confidence after being out of the workforce for 10 years. I was really nervous and Brittany ensured I felt at ease almost right away. Her suggestions were well informed and carefully considered. Positive experience for me.

Friendly, easy going and helpful staff members!
I have long-term struggles with finding suitable work and it took some time to get familiar with Jobfind/ Jobactive and Workforce.
It is just a matter of understanding the system and processes behind it.

This is not a paid review. Well I guess it kind-of is in a way but this is the first employment agency in 20 odd years of dealing with the hell that is the privatised job network to actually help me get a job. I was in a really bad place and within the first day I signed up with them I was employed. I really can't thank you guys enough. Although unfortunately I could not keep the job due to insecure housing and being homeless but that is not your fault.

The only five star review is from someone who seems to work here. Why hasn’t management responded to anyone else’s reviews?

1 in 5 times they will answer the phone. 1 in 10 times they will call you back. 10 out of 10 times they will be disdainfully rude and faulty towers level incompetent

This is the most poorly run and rude business I've ever come across. Avoid at all costs.

This place is amazing, the people here went above and beyond helping me understand the steps i needed to take and assisting me in finding work.would reccomend

Rude and unhelpful. Harrass you on behalf of centrelink and do nothing to help you actually find work

Extremely unprofessional. I gave 1 star only because it won't let me post otherwise, or I would not give any rating at all to such a shoddy organisation. It is a joke that they continue to receive their star ratings. I emailed my EC to ask for a different time for my an appt. & never heard back. When I called the office, to speak to my EC not only was the receptionist audibly yawning down the phone, but they advised me that my EC was on leave & would be on leave until the following week, meaning they would not be available for the initial appt.which they had set & which was the following day! So basically I would have waited & heard nothing if I hadn't called. I cannot count the amount of times that this sort of thing has occurred, including the receptionist who always sounds like she would rather have her nails pulled out than be answering the phone & talking to you.

I had a pleasant experience dealing with the girls at Jobfind on brunswick st, everyone i dealt with was very helpful and made me very comfortable and i felt i was in very capable hands to help me find work.so glad i made the move over to them from my other provider.

Completely useless. They can't even call when JobActive sets an appointment, let alone help you get a job. How they get paid for literally doing nothing is beyond me

Don't waste your time on this sorry, pitiful, pathetic excuse of an organisation. Amal, one of the consultants is just plain rude, doesn't know what she is doing and is absolutely hopeless.

Every time I have called to get my appointment time changed they have never actually put it through resulting in my payments being cut and I getting points against me with centrelink. I can understand it happening once but it has happened four time now.

Dreadful place! I tried to organize employment to fill four vacant positions in our company. Despite numerous phone calls, nothing was done. Finally got hold of a pompous woman, the manager apparently, who tried to blame ME for not following up the paperwork they were supposed to have sent! Excuses, excuses, excuses! Avoid like the plague for God's sake!
