This place is a joke! How are you guys even rated as a 5-star job agency? Definitely not for 5- star job seeker satisfaction! More like from the commission you make from lying and pretending to find Job seekers work! Everyone who works here thinks they're better than you just because you're on Jobseeker payments.
I received the rudest service from the manager (Leon) today. When I came in in for my appointment he was very condescending and severely lacks customer service (he basically stereotyped me as a 'dole bludger' and made assumptions about my circumstances). You guys claim on your own website that you've once experienced what it's like to be Jobseekers before you found employment. You claim that you have "strong empathy with the job seekers who visit the Jobfind Springvale site". I don't find this to be the case at all! The service I received today was very rude and I felt like I was being looked down upon for having to be on Jobseeker payments and being referred to your services. Also, some of the things I hear come out of some the employees mouth here about Jobseekers shows me what you guys really think about Jobseekers (you view us a dole bludgers). I suggest you guys learn to treat all Jobseekers with respect. It's already hard enough on Jobseekers especially during a period where unemployment is at its lowest and there are not enough jobs to apply for. I don't need to be harassed, looked down upon and treated with such disrespect when I have to attend my appointment with you guys.

Terrible job agency not able to find you work or job, they forced you to make you sit there apply job on the computer which was incomplete waste of time. I recommend you people out there not to go this place it completely useless these worker are just here to be paid not help people find work or job.

Used to be much better. One staff member left and wasn't replaced, all chaos since then. Takes forever to get a staff member to call you back and reschedule. Computers don't always work.

The first time I showed up, the receptionist told me the person who was scheduled to see me wasn't there, so I should leave.
Mark continually told me I’d end up scrubbing toilets – his words – til I told him I had a part-time job that wasn’t earning enough for me to get by. His response: Then it’s not a job at all. He went on to call me a tax fraud, without any evidence. He told the other staff members that I'd been fired from all the jobs I've had - another lie to humiliate me. He told me over and over that I'd been receiving Centrelink payments for four years - a massive exaggeration. He changed my CV so that it said I started my university degree in 2013, when the truth was that I started it in 2007, then sent the dishonest one to a potential employer. He said he'd tell me what the employer said. He never did. I have NEVER experienced such blatant and continual disrespect.
Assuming this review isn’t removed, you (the customer) have been warned.
