Here for attesting a few documents but the lady on counter has time to talk but not to sign…store was empty no customer.gave lame excuses for 5 min for unable to sign told I am busy.even we offer to collect the documents at the end of day but still said I am not sure if I can sign them.

Amazing customer service, got help instantly with no troubles.i would personally recommend Alexandra, great worker with a great personality! All workers will assist you in what you’re looking for with no troubles! I am proud to say I will be coming back:)

By far the best Pharmacy I have ever come across. Always quick, efficient and friendly with specialised services which are extremely helpful. All staff are highly knowledgeable and educated. I’m sad to have left the area now and will always miss this unique business.

I attended this pharmacy looking for some advice for a supplement for my son. The lovely staff member that assisted me was so helpful and really took the time to discuss what it was that I was looking for. The knowledge and advice she shared was so fantastic. We have been using the product that she recommended and I am totally blown away by the improvements that I can see. I am so happy that I visited this pharmacy and cannot thank this staff member enough.

Truly, hand on heart, one of the best choices I've made to dump the Warehouse one and walk in the doors of Direct Chemist Outlet, Westsprings. I was greeted and welcomed with a huge smile by Oanh, (which I believe is pronounced "W-one"). I have ongoing physical health issued that require me to take multiple medications at different times daily. Nothing was to much for Oanh, within minutes she had me organised, separating each medication to time of day and bubble packed them into 4 weekly packs. They have been a lifesave, especially Oanh, who keeps in touch regularly, reminds me of refills and to see if I need anything sent over with my monthly delivery. The other staff are just as friendly and helpful. This is a family run business. Owned by a delightful young couple who emulate the atmosphere of friendliness, professionalism and approachability. Affordable products and super friendly and helpful staff, who are willing to price-match products that can be found at bigger companies. Oanh was so friendly and helpful! We like them so much, we've become regulars! Definitely recommend!

This chemist is overall great & amazing prices honestly. My favourite experience is Oahn a beautiful pharmacist who is exceptionally helpful & informative. Easy going & comfortable to talk to her about my medical issues who has saved me great deal of lady problems. Not only did she remember me from a previous encounter she remembered great details & could advise me in the right direction.couldn't ask for a better encounter:)

Super large pharmacy next to a very busy medical clinic. They offer a large range of products at very low prices. The staff here are really lovely to deal with. FiInally a pharmacy with low prices and Excellent service for the area.

The girls here are FANTASTIC. They take the effort to explain things about my medications to you which is a rarity these days. The convenience of having my local doctors next door is a BIG bonus
