Never been to a better chemist in my life. And I’ve been to a few! It’s the extra mile with these guys, they literally do anything they can to help you out. Hella impressed.

Today, I went to buy nailposhied and lipstick in the afternoon.two sales girls attended me and charged money for 21 pieace. I didn't check the bag sametime and returned to my home. When I have checked bag at home it was total 19 pieace but receipt written 21. After 30 minutes came back to them they totally disagree with this and keep saying we can't do anything when you out of store. I was keep saying and explaining everything to them rather than they feel sorry and checking they were blaming on me. Then they have checked with manger and she was also saying yeah she put21 pieace in your bag I was really shocked tand upset with them.front of many people's I feel very helpless to proff them but they didn't feel sorry about their big mistake and pointing on my honest attitude. Then manger was trying to feel me ok and showing sympathy but it was my hard work money have paid offand they badly hurt my feelings. Its not about the money and things it's about my honesty. And their mistake. Never believe on this kind of girls check everything before taking from them.

I firstly have to apologised for the 3 stars.

Yesterday I bought gummies for my boy n multi for myself and a plus great service from staff and I believed a manager lady pharmacist who nicely explained about nebuliser for me.

However, at night we found out my boy's gummies inner seal was not glued properly and the bottle side has said do not use if its not sealed.

I went back wish to order a nebuliser and get exchange the gummies.

Saturday sale lady, has told me no refund or exchanges permit due to covid19 and asked me to read the policy on the table. And lessoned me to check the bottle and seal properly next time before i buy anything.

Due to I believed its not i change of mind but manufacturer's faulty item. She called to manager for me. And agreed to exchange to the same item.

She then walk back and help me check with the same item on shelf (which is the last bottle). Unluckily, she opened it for a check for me and found the seal also not glued and half opened with that new bottle. And said "all gummies are sealed half way like this and it won't missed or affect anything". I refused to take it. Cos i knew how it should be as my kid take it regularly.

I then agreed to change to other brand instead.

I walk back with other brand on hand and asked if i can check the inner seal. She then told me "No, you are not allowed to check"

? !? Thats when thing get complicated. She lessoned me to check 5 mins ago and now said no I can't.she even lie about the seal of the product. Like i know nothing, like I was just a kid.

She said I wasn't work in retail, so I don't understand anything.

? Really?

My husband worked in Woollie and he start to get mad and ask for refund only, while I try to just get exchange to the new bottle.

Your other half shop owner has asked if "i understand english? "

I just so not trust in them anymore so, I didnt want to wait to see you on monday.

Cut short to the end, I have to promised that I ll pay just to check for the seal in the new bottle. Luckily, it was sealed properly so I can get exchanged.

I hope this letter go to you and explain what has happened, and sorry that I won't be in to order the nebuliser anymore.
