If your looking for a friendly attitude, professionalism, and a sense your being taken care off go to this chemist. Tokay was extremely professional and polite. He made sure i was aware of the correct service i needed. He was very helpful, well mannered and really cares for his customers. Tokay did not only speak but he istened. He’ll try to understand the real needs, and only then offer it. He has the ability to listen more than talk, and support a customer in choosing the right solution for them. You can tell he is very loyal in his position.go no where else. Tokay and the staff are the best.you will feel part of the team.

The new management at this pharmacy has made an absolute world of difference in a very short amount of time. The shelves are stocked with more variety and a great range of products than I’ve ever seen before. Their perfume cabinet is the fullest I’ve ever seen it and has an exceptional range of affordable and high end perfumes that are competitively priced. The owner, Tokay, is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He’s extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and approachable, and goes out of his way to help his patients. Although they’re understaffed and very busy, the service has been exceptional nonetheless. The staff are always happy and willing to assist.
A huge improvement in such a short amount of time. Thank you to Tokay and his team for all the hard work. Keep it up guys! I can’t wait to see all the other improvements that are going to be made. Definitely recommend DCO Maffra and will be returning for all my healthcare, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and beauty needs… 10/10!

Staff were so rude…. Judging me over what I do, like selfies and all that. I would rather go Priceline cuz they are so nice and let us use makeup in there

Tokay is an amazing pharmacist, his always helpful, kind and goes out of his way to help. The staff are terrific at this pharmacy.

Not impressed, once the pharmacist was out shopping and I had to wait ages for my script. Twice they were out of common prescription medicine.
