Poor customer service. I was waiting for 15 minutes to get my script filled. And saw the customer service members having conversations with customers that were non medication related instead of serving people waiting. I ended up walking out and going elsewhere.

Friendly helpful staff who quickly arrange ordering of unstocked or out of stock items. Wonderful delivery service for local residents

This store is not as busy as other pharmacies so you can shop easily and very time-saving. The staff were helpful as well. Will definitely revisit the store as needed.

Really had a great experience here at Direct Chemist Outlet Leopold. They helped us out of a tight spot after forgetting to bring some medication with us. My Dr.faxed them the required scripts and we were on our way in no time with everything we needed. All this whilst being extremely busy with lots of customers. Thanks everyone, you did an amazing job.

Please make it easier to pay Bills for people with disability, have to phone the shop to pay Bills and that can take up to half an hour, you appear unable to set up Bpay or direct debit for me, I find it difficult to handle and read cards or visit the shop
