The other day I had a very stressful moment which happened to play out in front of all the shops and it’s customers. I’m a regular customer, especially to the chemist but not this day. I cannot thank and recommend this chemist and their staff enough.
Not only did they help calm me down but they were so kind. To the two lovely ladies who helped my son and I, I’m so very grateful.

Our family has been going to this chemist for years even though we moved out of the immediate area. Adam and his staff give the best service and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Incredible service from your team member Ryan, very friendly and served me with a smile. 5 out of 5 would come again, only issue was that Ryan got a bit impatient at the end.

Nhan, Adam and crew are the friendliest people, and have always been most informative, too, whenever I've had any questions. They've shown me how to use their app to fill scripts in advance of visiting the pharmacy (which is a free service which works really well). I always walk out of the pharmacy feeling just a little bit happier than when I walked in.

Adam and his wonderful team are always so professional and caring; there is such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere once you walk into this Pharmacy which I love.

The staff Adam Yharn Karen Olivia and if i could remember others have been so wonderful to myself and my wife over many years. All of them have gone out of their way to help and give advice when they feel it necessary.they have made me feel like a normal person because of the medications i take are deemed nasty in the average community they understand the need for my medications and so so much take into account the person receiving them.i can only speak highly of this group of professional people. I have always had a positive experience at Direct Chemist Outlet Kerrimuir. All the staff and management are very professional and friendly and only to pleased to help with anything you need.

I cannot speak highly enough about this pharmacy - in fact I live approximately 20 kms away and drive to have my pharmaceutical needs seen to at Kerrimuir. Adam and his staff act in an exemplary manner - are always polite, courteous, refer to customers by name and always have the time to discuss matters with their customers. In a time when individual polite service has been replaced by an abrupt, impersonal attitude It is most restorative to feel that you are important and are treated as an individual. Kerrimuir is in an 'older' demographic - so lovely to hear people discussing not only their ailments; but also personal matters -thanks to a caring staff member. If I was rating Direct Kerrimuir I'd say its 200/100 +

So glad I rediscovered Kerrimuir shops. The service I received here was superb.thank you Karen. I'm a new & totally loyal customer. They make everything so pleasant & simple.have to add, I've been thrilled that they stock some alternative items- bamboo bandaids (aloe vera or charcoal, no less! Plastic free, Aussie owned & operated company) & terrific anti-mosquito "bracelets", all natural & very effective.

Adam and Karen have made me feel so at ease especially when my child was a newborn and I had a million questions. Cannot recommend them enough.
