Lovely stuff and very attentive. I spoke to the pharmacist Ban and she was very informative and helpful she is very knowledgeable I am very relieved to have such a pharmacists like her in my local pharmacy.
Glad to actually find stock of everything I needed, definitely will be set as my go to pharmacy.
Prices were reasonable and found some baby item on sale!

Horrible customer service, been customer for 4 years. Never go back, please spare extra 3 minutes to go to chemist warehouse greenvale instead. Refused to refund the overpriced vitamin only 5 minutes after purchase still sealed and brand new. Very rude service. I would recommend to review your team if you like to keep local business. I won't be back and I ll ensure none of my family and friends use your business anymore. I wish I could rate 0

Worst customer service and the most ridiculous change of mind and change due to a problem policy I have ever dealt with. Bought some shoes for my mum and had to return them due to incorrect size and was told that we can't return or exchange at all. Which may be a violation of Australian consumer law. Will be writing to Consumer Victoria about them.

I had my appointment for vaccination at DCO Greenvale. My experience has been a good one right from the beginning.
Staff were friendly, professional and diligent. I come here for all my pharmacy needs and I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Staff were very friendly, and pharmacist was very knowledgeable and helpful, will make this my go to pharmacy in the future.

The assistance I have received from the professional, patient and lovely pharmacist has been second to none. He helped me organise all of my scripts as I've just moved back into the area and require a new pharmacy. The extremely helpful and always pleasant sales staff make visiting the pharmacy a great experience.

Very respectful and helpful customer service representative. Big teddy bear cute guy around 2ish in the afternoon went out his way to help me out buying/ordering adidas deodorants online just the week gone which he couldn’t get it done for some reason but his act was still accountable. He seemed very much so dedicated to his job as well as customers.

On the other hand there was lovely middle age lady behind the prescription counter helping out customers including myself. She and pharmacist joe saved me a trip to go to see the doctor by prescribing me an ointment skin irritation cream for my hand. It worked guys. Thankyou so much.

The shop was super busy around that time and all the service providers I mentioned were so patient and respectful and helpful towards their customers.

Very expensive medication even on concession card i visited one time at Greenvale and will never buy anything from this Chemist again

I went in around just after 9 am. The pharmacist Christine was so very helpful and caring but the sales girl @ the front was so rude and just couldn’t be bothered. She made no eye contact whatsoever. I went back to the pharmacist and told her that the sales girl needs to learn manners and walked out without my prescription. Such a shame as I’ve never had this experience there before. Maybe the early start doesn’t suit her. —- Not Happy Jan

Every time I go in here to buy cologne or perfume as a gift I always get served by the same lady and she is so so lovely! She helps me so much and lets me test as many as I want. I’ve always had the best experience here, I would recommend it to anyone, the prices and service is always amazing!

They are terrible with the covid vaccination. Disorganised and all over the place. I took my mum for her 2nd astra dose. We went there on time for our appointment and we were the first appointment for the day but we waited around 25 minutes (standing). There’s only 2 chairs that is available to wait and they were taken, lucky one was available for my mother after her jab to wait the 15mins. They are nice people but have no proper planing done for the vaccination. There was also other senior citizens waiting around which made me feel bad for them (they looked lost and eventually ran out of patience).
I canceled my own appointment there, going elsewhere.

I stopped in to buy some fake tan. When looking at one of the testers a lady who worked there abruptly said "you're not opening them are you! " When I replied they are testers, she rolled her eyes and walked off. This lady was rude and definitely made me feel unwelcome. If I'm not supposed to try the testers why are they there?

I would not recommend this store based on this service.

Unprofessional service, over charged me and didn't give me a receipt, checked the items at home and realised the overcharge, rang the shop and asked them about the transaction, after wasting more than 10 mins of my time, the manager found the sale on the till and recognised the mistake, she told me to stop by and pick up the difference, she assured me that the money will be behind the till under my name, few days later I stopped by to pick up, manager in not there, no one knows about it, no money under any name behind the till, what a disgrace.

Very good customer service, good prices, nice collections to pick up as a gifts specially during the lockdown and all shops are closed.easy to find out what you need, and easy to check out, recommended to everyone. I had a very good experience as two days ago I was impressed of the way they went out of their way to help me with a specific request that I had to be done, I felt they all went above and beyond the usual customer service and from now on this is will be my regular chemist to deal with. Big THANK YOU:) to all the amazing manager and staff.

First time coming to the pharmacy I have to say I was quite pleased with the service. Lady pharmacist Sev was lovely and spent the time giving advice. I will definitely be vising the pharmacy again

The female pharmacist that was on, here’s a little advice. FIX YOUR ATTITUDE.
I will never come back to this pharmacy again because of that person.
When someone asks if something is available try not acting so rude to the customer then shutting them down before they can ask a follow up question.
You sounded like I was such a hassle asking you if something was available like you were annoyed at me for even asking if this product was in stock.
Next time try be a little bit more understanding about someone’s situation before jumping down their throat with your rudeness.
So disappointed.
